My husband, two kids and I stayed in the Martha's Vineyard cottage for 2 nights and we had a great stay. The cottage was very clean, had a great layout and the little kitchenette with the mini-fridge, microwave, coffee machine and cutting board/knife was great to have. The deck looking out onto the harbor was very nice and we enjoyed walking around the property, using the hammock and checking out the north dock. The complimentary bottle of wine was a really nice touch and was delicious. We are sad we didn't have time to enjoy the firepits.

This amazing gem exceeded our expectations and we will be back! We stayed in the bluff house upstairs 2 bedroom apartment with kitchenette (no stove, but we brought prepared meals knowing this). HVL was definitely our new home away from home. They had everything we needed and the staff DEB were always readily available by text, phone or on-site to accommodate any needs or special requests. The grounds are pristine, apartment is very clean, and well thought out accomodations with extremely comfortable beds for any sleep position type. They also have yard games, firepits, gas grills, beach towels, outdoor blankets, indoor throws, and water activities all included. Oh, and the bottle of wine was amazing and great wine was like a cherry on top! I think the only thing to possibly add would be large coffee cups with herbal teas or hot chocolate and and an electric fireplace for enjoying the fall vibes even more! Thank you Deb and all the staff for your hard work in making our getaway so special!

To note for anyone sensitive to fragrances, fragrance plug ins are used in the units which are very strong. I'm extremely allergic to fragrance, but was aware of this based on a review I read. I simply made a special request at booking to remove any fragrance fresheners and air out the unit prior to my arrival. Deb promptly messaged me that she did so and our unit was ready for us at check-in. Essential oil plant based spray or diffuser would be more ideal for ones sensitive to chemicals which we discussed.

Lovely enclave with cottages beautifully situated on the river just a mile from town of Mystic. The property is extremely well kept and the cottages are immaculate. We loved the views of the water and harbor. Staff were very friendly and available for anything that you need. The use of kayaks, paddle boards and pedal boats on the property was a big plus. The Amtrak train line runs behind the property but we were not bothered by this at all.

Hello Harbor view landing! This visit was set up as a birthday getaway for my Jennylove! As we all arrived, we easily found our unit. Parking was convenient and well lit in the evening, upon our arrival! The door keypad was conveniently programmed with the last four digits of my phone number, as I’m easily forgetful. We entered The Martha’s Vineyard unit. Which, gave us some of the most unforgettable views. We all entered, but quickly browsed through the unit. With haste, we walked out onto the patio. Needless to say it was perfection! The view of the private dock in a gorgeous setting of the water! The unit was Clean, tidy, and comfortable! We all slept in such comfort. The Air conditioning worked splendidly, to anyone’s preference. Even the bathroom was beautiful. We did enjoy our complimentary bottle of wine and the Nespresso machine!

Fantastic location, spotlessly clean, beautiful place

The guy cutting the grass in the morning. We wanted to enjoy our morning before checking out sat on the deck enjoying the peace of the waterside, instead unfortunately there was a guy cutting the grass for a couple of hours driving around the cottage. If checkout is at 11am, I would recommend getting him to wait until then so people can enjoy and relax before checking out

Everything was perfect! I am very fussy and it was wonderful.

If I had to say anything negative....I didn't like the automatic bathroom light. We all got up during the night to use the bathroom and the light stays on too long. We shut the door to the bathroom after, but it was still bright. Really not a big deal...the rest was perfection!

Perfect spot, on the beach, 20 min walk to mystic town center. The scenery is magical, very high attention to details. Complementary wine at arrival, coffee available in abondance. The room was very clean and neat and beautifully designed. You have access to many activities on the site free of charge (bikes, canoe, paddle) with a direct deck to water. Ee had such a great time, should’ve stayed longer.

We had a wonderful little couple's getaway at the Cove cottage. The studio was beautifully furnished, comfortable and even included a bottle of wine! We enjoyed relaxing and catching up on some reading in the Adirondack chairs overlooking the harbor before heading into downtown Mystic for dinner.

The property is absolutely gorgeous, right on the water. Our cottage was adorable. We wish we had more time to utilize all it had to offer. (Kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, fire pit, and yard games). Can’t wait to go back!!!

There is nothing you could possibly say that is negative about the property!

Beautiful cottage and the amenities and style were very complimentary. We took the time to watch the sun rise down near the fire pit by the water and enjoyed every minute. Hosts are very friendly and answered questions promptly!

Views, amenities, bed was the most comfortable bed my husband and I have slept on when traveling.
