The staff were very accommodating. The room was very nice, loved being on the first floor. Access to the parking lot was easy. The breakfast had a variety of foods and was very good.

We had the room with the fireplace, but was told at check in that it wasn't working because they were switching over the gas. I feel I should have been notified in an email before arriving that it wouldn't be working, and should have been compensated for it.

I loved the breakfast staff. Ivonne is an excellent human being. Very helpful and dedicated. Fye a pleasure to share with her.

Unfortunately, the main character of the hotel named Sheleena Perry is the most poorly educated and spoiled person who works in that wonderful place. That person Sheleena Perry should not be in charge of a company since she opaques and damages guests with her poor treatment. She was not at all helpful and totally disrespectful when dealing with me, my children and other guests. That person does not know what cordial and kind treatment is.

Very good, except many choices were gone during the final half hour. Staff is very responsive to needs. They acted as if they were happy having us and our dog, Rosie. Housekeeping was extremely kind. We were in Mystic for Christmas and will likely return again. Staff was great!!

This is really nitpicky, but I wish they would have had gravy with the Christmas Eve turkey dinner. LOL It was a little frustrating when breakfast food items ran out A half hour prior to time.

Very happy with this hotel! I was skeptical after reading mixed reviews however we needed a two bedroom suite with a kitchen and this definitely delivered! The room needed a bit of updating but it was clean, bed was cozy, and all of the kitchen appliances worked! The staff was honestly SO NICE AND HELPFUL THE ENTIRE VISIT! Also, The breakfast was great, lots of options! I have high standards and this met them, especially for the price!

The facilities definitely need some updating but overall everything worked great!!! Its not dirty per se, just a little dated!

The staff was amazing greeting us with a friendly comment every time we entered the lobby. The staff knew the hotel guests and were empathetic & compassionate. This hotel staff surpassed that of any hotel we have stayed at in our 33 years of marriage. Wonderful!

A piece of the handicap shower was broken so it wouldn't hold the shower head hose. Yet, we easily adapted.

Nice and spacious room! All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. It was decorated so lovely for the holidays!

The indoor pool could’ve been warmer, my son was really excited to use it but was too cold to stay in.

The Pool temperature was amazing- nice and warm and I believe it was salt water. 2 bedroom suite was great for our large family. Complimentary breakfast options were great !

The fire place in the 2 bedroom suite was not working - which was our main draw to the place.

Great location and the staff was awesome and very helpful.

The room lock didn't latch up without a little effort , heat lamp switch didn't work and the closet door closest to the room safe was off track.The bagels were stale at breakfast.
