Breakfast was great. Room was clean and nice. Location was good. Employees were pleasant.

The bathroom door in our room stuck when you closed it so we had to leave it ajar for fear you would get stuck in there. We stayed for 3 nights and did not see a laundry bag. We asked the gentleman for one and he had no idea what we meant. He asked us what was that used for when we said to put your dirty close in he said no we don’t have that. We travel a lot and there is always a laundry bag for dirty clothes.

Everything was great for my stay.

After my stay there was a small billing concern which was a credit for cancelled room. I contacted the property which I was informed to start there and the gentleman who answered on Tuesday 5/21/24 @ 11:37 was extremely rude and defensive. He was unprofessional, he refused to provide his name and stated the property does not have a manager. He hung up on me twice, and accused me of being rude. So glad he was not our concierge during our stay. The lady on the desk was extremely helpful to me and other guests. Perhaps there was an underlying issue with the gentleman I spoke with on Tuesday. He clearly should not have been at work, in guest services that day.

Very convenient and close to Foxwoods. It’s clean and comfortable sleeping. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.

Breakfast was not good. Only had stale bagels and other types of bread for toast, no butter , a Belgian waffle maker and packages of instant oatmeal. I would not call this breakfast. If I was a breakfast person I would be very disappointed. If you don’t serve breakfast don’t advertise breakfast. I have been going here for years and early on they used to have boiled eggs, fresh fruit, donuts, pastries, waffles , variety of cereal and good coffee. I would be highly disappointed if I was expecting breakfast! Also the grounds were not cleaned up enough from the snow and ice. Parking lot and entrance into my room with lots of ice. I was very fearful of falling.

The room was very comfortable, clean and cozy. Neighbors were obnoxiously loud at night (no fault of yours). The staff were all very friendly, courteous and polite in everything as well as helpful above and beyond. I chose a suite with a spa tub which I found to be very therapeutic and relaxing after a long drive in heavy traffic. It’s a very nice perk to have and like everything else it was clean, neat and well-maintained.

Many other patrons were discourteous and noisy but that was on them, not your responsibility at all. My main destination was downtown Mystic which was not convenient from your location but it was offset by the peaceful locale. All-in-all, I really have no complaints. The accommodations were wonderful and exceeded my overall expectations.

It was very easy to find your way around. It was cute and a great location.

I liked the staff that greeted me. He made me feel welcome. Was very friendly up to the end. The cleaners were all friendly as well. I loved that I got to see wildlife in the area. The grounds were very clean.

The potholes going out from the hotel needs to be repaired. Also the lighting in the room were dim, and I expected a microwave in the room.

Front Desk Employee was EXCELLENT! I wish I could remember her name. She was so pleasant and professional. We were given a second floor room, and there was no elevator. When we arrived and realized this, we were talking about a resolution. She quickly realized that it was an issue due to my disability and changed our room location to the first floor. She was perceptive and made us feel valued as customers. We will definitely stay here again.

It seemed to be spotless. Like they do a thorough cleaning. Usually, I can sense whether or not the bedsheets were comfortable clean, and the room we stayed in was so good. I usually have a hard time sleeping in hotel rooms because of how uncomfortable clean it is, and so I usually have a hard time sleeping. But this location was AMAZING, I felt right at home.

The location was very close to my destination and the price was very reasonable.

The complimentary breakfast choices were very limited. There were no eggs or meat choices available with the breakfast which would have been nice. The pastry choices seemed limited as well for a continental breakfast. However the staff made sure to keep the area clean and available items stocked at all times.

This place is as advertised! Other places post pictures from their one clean room, but here, it’s done up right. This was the first place I felt relaxed enough to take my shoes off in the room. Also, eat at the restaurant across the road :) I did. 5 times.

Not much. Had a noisy neighbor for a night but that was it.
