HOTEL RAN OUT OF HOT WATER🙈

The location was great and we were welcomed by a fantastically helpful and happy staff. The amenities at this location were bountiful!

It’s convenient for there to be a shuttle service but the shuttles were full each time we tried to board. Cleanliness of the room and bathroom floors were questionable. But only the floors, everything else was very clean!

It was close to Westerly beaches but not too expensive. The bed was very comfortable. Luckily there was a large ceiling fan over the bed to cool us off as the AC was terrible. There was plenty of body wash, shampoo, etc.

The key card didn't work after the long walk to our room so we had to go back to the front desk. The room was 85 degrees per thermostat when we entered the room so we immediately turned on the AC. The room didn't cool off until the middle of the night while in bed. The shower stall was extremely small and no room to move around to properly wash yourself. Even my 10 year old granddaughter found it cramped. There were no wash cloths in the bathroom,, only towels.. The ice machine was by our room and extremely LOUD! Woke me up in the morning by guests using it numerous times.

Close to Foxwoods. Clean room, comfortable bed and the food at the hotel restaurant is excellent!

Pool was small and had very strong chlorine smell.

the hotel was quiet. the Amenities were great. the room was large and very comfortable. the staff went out of the way to make us welcome.

Convenience to get to and from casino with or without taking your own car

The ceilings are high but could still hear noise from above room. Also TV needs updating

The property was extremely clean, we were greeted with a smile every time we had to come to the desk, which was almost everyday of our 4 day stay. The bed in the king presidential room was extremely comfortable, room temp was perfect because we could control it. jacuzzi was relaxing.

Our mini fridge for some reason was freezing all of our food and drinks, even on the lowest level. We ended up having to keep a cooler with ice if we didn't want frozen food. We did have to return to the desk multiple times to get our keys fixed as they kept being shut off and not working at our door but it wasn't too big of a deal, a little annoying but it was fine.

It’s. A beautiful hotel. Aesthetic is amazing and very pleasing to the eye. Statues everywhere. It’s quite beautiful. The presidential king suite was everything! Very big and beautiful room. Hot tub was amazing and they even have a radio you can tune into right above the hot tub via the dial on the wall!

I wish the pool was open longer hours. Also didn’t like having to wait until 2 pm to have access to the pool because it was being cleaned. Those things should be taken care of overnight if the pool is closed during the night hours. Very inconvenient to guests considering we’re paying to be able to use the amenities as well.
