The location was great and we were welcomed by a fantastically helpful and happy staff. The amenities at this location were bountiful!

It’s convenient for there to be a shuttle service but the shuttles were full each time we tried to board. Cleanliness of the room and bathroom floors were questionable. But only the floors, everything else was very clean!

Conveniently located between the casinos as well as Groton and Mystic. The staff was friendly, and the rooms were clean. The price point is very good for the area, and the amenities were sufficient for the price point. On the weekend nights, they provided transportation to and from Foxwoods, which was great! There is also breakfast available as well as a bar with food choices if you want something small and quick. This is our second stay at this hotel, and we will be back again.

The only real complaint we had was that the ceiling was squeaky, and we heard every footstep of the people above us. The room above us was very active late at night. Other than that, we were happy with our stay.

The hotel was in a quiet rural area set back from the road, but a quick drive to Mystic. It was a very clean facility, and they had a nice selection of snacks (and even microwave meals) in their shop. Some reviews said the hotel is dated. I think the rooms were very modern and spacious. The lobby has an old Italianate style, but it is large and impressive, and has its own kind of charm. The staff was incredibly nice. The gentleman who served us breakfast really did a great job of managing all the tables and getting us our food in a timely manner so we could get started on our day!

The pool area had been flooded by a family who couldn't control their kids. Not the hotel's fault, but they might want to more closely monitor the floor and the towel situation.

The 2 queen bed room was beautiful. VERY clean, furniture appeared new, bedding was fresh and inviting and SO comfy! The AC/fan unit was amazing and the bathroom was perfect. The shower SO nice....very modern, great pressure and had body wash, shampoo and conditioner! The front desk staff were SUPER nice and professional. We had an issue with our phone and they could tell at the front desk, so one of the women actually walked to our room to make sure we were okay and then fixed the problem!

The ONLY thing we didn't love was the restaurant on site. Although the food wasn't bad per se, pricey for what you got. But, very friendly!

I loved that the staff was so friendly AND accommodating, I also loved that there were complimentary waters and coffee, even Lattes were free. I especially loved the convenience of the shuttle to Foxwoods and that they have late pick up times. The shuttle driver was awesome too!!! All around A+ stay for us!

I didn't like that there is nowhere to lie out in the sun, no hot tub, or a pool outside, only indoors and its small. I wish there was some kind of courtyard or patio outside to enjoy the nice weather. The food wasn't the greatest but was thankful there was a restaurant, not enough staff working it tho. But again every staff was SUPER friendly and accommodating!

Our room was really nice comfortable beds. I do like a firmer mattress but it was OK. The front desk everyone was very helpful. I would definitely come back again, and I would definitely recommend this hotel It's very nice if they have a shuttle to Foxwoods so you can leave your car

I like everything about the hotel, but I really think in the bathroom you should have grab bars. I think it's very important to have them in the shower. We also were not impressed with our breakfast , the first morning we were there it took forever to get the breakfast and finally we got it and the way it took off 25% because we waited so long. Today I had ordered an omelette with American cheese and no meat in the omelette. Well, I got the omelette and there was meat in the omelette with the cheese. Got upset me because I was really hungry. The waitress did take it off the bill. But that's not even the point the Kitchen should read what the waitress writes

When I liked was this staff made the difference in everything. They are wonderful. From the time that me and my granddaughter arrived until we left and I want to thank them all. I look forward. To returning.

I'll just say this , if you have any issues the staff will go over and beyond to address and correct whatever the issue is. However, I do have to say there is no spa or fitness room and there is a $200 hold for incidentals. While the spa & the fitness room didn't ruin my stay, I would've liked to know that there wasn't a spa beforehand. Just so you're not surprised. Also, if you're a couple I would get a king bed. The queen beds are rather small for a couple. Tip: if you go downstairs before 12 and you want to have a cappuccino, espresso or latte, the lady that serves them complimentary is open to 12 PM! She will try to direct you to the other coffee, but she is open!

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms are beautiful. The only thing that I did not like was. We couldn't shut the curtains all the way. So yeah, the light shined in and lit up the whole room before five o'clock in the morning. My other relatives had the other king size roam as well as we did.I booked two of them, but their room came with the jacuzzi, much more spacious, the mirrors on the closet... For the same price of the king size room that I have but again it's very nice.It's very clean.The staff is very friendly

What I didn't like was not being able to shut the curtains. All the way and the entire room was just really bright before 5 AM. And there was no foot, long mirror at all. But those are really minor things. Overall, it was a good state. The Rome was beautiful, but I just don't understand why it was the same price as the other room. I rented, I rented 2 king size rooms. One came with a Jacuzzi, you know what? It was much bigger in more detailed what was the same price as the?Regular king size, wrong that I rented

Overall I loved this hotel. I have nothing but good things to say about staying there. The staff were very courteous and polite. The food from the on site restaurant and room service was excellent. The room was absolutely beautiful. It was more than we expected. The jacuzzi was an amazing experience that I would definitely do again. There was plenty of parking and they had a shuttle to foxwoods. Whenever I visit here, this is where I will always stay. Thank you Bellissimo for a great stay.
