I’ve been there numerous times with my husband and they are always pleasant and very quick at check in. Rooms always clean. We don’t do breakfast but looks good. I like the privacy. Mom of 8.

Personal I’m a repeat guest n water always goes cold in whirlpool I always mention it and not once I ever offered discount or anything . Maybe a policy? Staff always apologizes but Thts it? And I still come back.

Everything was well kept, if something g was broken or scratched it was promptly fixed. Care has been taken to keep everything up and in good condition. The room was very clean, even the jacuzzi was well-cleaned!

We were on the second floor, other than that everything was great. I should’ve requested a first floor but did not.

The room was super clean and the foam bed was comfortable. The location was convenient and despite being near a traffic circle, the property was very quiet as far as traffic. We didn't eat breakfast on the property (we had other plans with friends) but there was a nice selection of beverages, items to toast, cereals and waffles to make on the spot. The price was reasonable. We saved nearly $100 over other nearby properties.

The water from the shower took 20 minutes to get warm and never got hot. The water in the sink was hot immediately. I did report this and perhaps it will be fixed. The staff seemed attentive. This is a small thing for me, not so for my travel partner.

Check in was quick & very friendly & Cookies! King room with Whirlpool! Its soooo relaxing! Includes breakfast. Cereals, toast, bagels, Eng.Muff.

Problem with Whirlpool in 1st room & woman at front desk immediately provided another room. Waffles only on weekends.

Not enough towels , tile through out . It was snowing and wet so slush got tracked through the whole room . Also getting out of the tub felt a bit unsafe because it was slippery on the tiles

This room was pretty small for a king luxury with Whirlpool! You can see the edge of the whirlpool at bottom right of pic. That's unusual, we know cause we've been there 5 times! The 2nd pic shows the usual rooms we were in. & some have the whirlpool in a large bathroom! It was so small that the whirlpool was right next to the bed! & the room got so filled with moisture everything was wet! The next night, we left the bathroom fan & the AC on & it was a little less wet. Also, only 1 nightstand, need 2 for 2 people in a king! Also, 1 of the window cranks was broken & we had to take the screens out to get the window closed! We told the staff when we left & I'm sure they had it fixed!

Room was very nice hot tub luxurious room was clean had all amenities promised. Heat and cooling in room exceptiona.

Hot tub was clean to look at however when filled and turned on much denri and oil and particles floating in water. Had to drain go to stop & shop and purchase bathroom bleach cleaner and toothbrush to thoroughly clean and scrub individual jets and tub. Spent about an hour cleaning and refilling tub. Note to housekeeping after cleaning tub refill and turn on to make sure water runs clear and no debri.

The location was excellent! No highway noises. Good atmosphere. Okay breakfast.

The whole floor was tiled, so It was really cold when we came out of the bathroom. Every wall was stained by the humidity. The bed was really comfortable! Our hot tub was damaged, all of the buttons were vandalized, yet the tub huge, comfortable, relaxing. For one night the price was okay. For us was perfect to stay and the next morning was just an our drive to New Port.

any time we stay near Foxwoods we choose Cedar Park Inn for the jacuzzi spas and the beautiful fireplace/outdoor area. check in was very simple. The front desk staff were very friendly, and very helpful. The room was far bigger than we expected, and very clean.

the controls for the jets on the jacuzzi did not work, therefore a lot of the side jets did not turn on. The door to the fridge was off it's hinge, and the freezer part was full of caked on ice. The bed was very firm.

Upon driving up to the property my wife and I were excited for the scenic venue and the structure of the houses on site. The rooms were spacious with great lighting and an extremely comfortable bed. The jets in the bathtub were amazing!!!!! We plan on visiting in the spring!

Although we only stayed 1 day we could not find anything we did not like! We are excited for another opportunity to visit this great place!
