I was not aware that there was breakfast offered. That is one thing that caused me to leave early. I rally did not see any place nearby that offered much in the way of breakfast before 8 AM. I'm an early riser. Perhaps it is still considered off season in Westerly. Not a huge issue though. The place seems like it would be quite interesting when in full swing.

Definitely is not fancy! Needs a-lot of updates but you are literally using a motel to sleep anyways. Most of the hotels in this area and mom and pop shops and it’s great to support the little guys. Beds were comfy and the room was clean so it was a good stay for us!

I always stay at Point 1, when I go to Westerly Rhode Island. The staff is always friendly and nice.

The only thing I didn't like was the room next door were fighting a good part of the night and pounding loudly. The couple kept us awake late hours.

great location just a short walk to the beach. very clean and nice big room and bathroom

the bed was hard but the pillows were soft so I was able to sleep well

Portable Heater was broken but nice staff came in soon after with new portable heater and I moved it to outlet near bed and it worked great!! Mattress could have been firmer. Room was clean. Location great and room mate reasonable!:)

You have to approach this two-story motel with an understanding that it is a two-star motel and, if you want more of an upgrade, then go elsewhere and pay more. Having said that, the place is clean, no musty smell in the rooms, the AC works well, showers are small O(not unduly tight) but the pressure and hot water both work well, the husband-and-wife owner are on site and friendly. The accessibility to the beach, only a five-minute walk, is great. (You could pay more,drive to the beach, cue up in a long line to get into the parking lot and pay $20 +/- to park). Location is great,walking distance to many restaurants, shops, clubs, etc. This is stricly a "drop your bags in the room and head out and only go there to sleep and shower" type of place. No hotel lobby, no amenities, to breakfast, no frills.

Toilet paper that is single-ply and skimpy on the width. Soap bars that are small.

The grass was cut well, but my renter was a little meltdown. Smelt. Better blinds on the doors, windows. Although it was a very nice place. Porch. I would stay there again. Plan to in the future. Next summer.

Maybe take a little time to re fresh. The rental. I’m feel. It’s better to meet higher expectations. After all all money is green. We’re all important.

Steps away from beach. Clean room. Great price. Couldn’t ask for more and will definitely be back next year

I wouldn’t change a thing. Maybe a hand held shower nozzle? Overall excellent hotel imo

Fantastic location! Rooms are out dated. The Owen was very nice we had to moves room do to a water issue. No ifs and or buts had us in another room in 5 minutes
