Room was very clean. No funny smells, plenty of hot water and thick towels. Cleaning ladies were excellent as I needed a replacement item and they responded immediately. 3rd time here and the best place to stay as it is near things I want to do and the price can't be beat. Its very quite also. Pool looked excellent and clean but I did not use it as I don't swim. Beat place to stay when you are in the area.

Too much ice in the fridge but I reported it when I checked out and they were going to have maintenance check it out. A slight inconvenience.

It was quiet and very centered for the places we were there to see. Like having the restaurant within walking distance. This wss our 3rd or 4th time there

My husband wasn't happy that our room wasn't cleaned the next day however I know someplaces don't clean every day unlessyou ask. The bed we slept in had something red on the bottom sheet my husband said it look like paint, I did not see it until our last night there hhe had gone to bed before me the night before. I am thinking nail polish. Any way sheet should not have been used. Also the toilet seat was so loose if not careful you could fall off the toilet. This I reported on discharge but forgot about sheet incident When we looked out our sliders all we had for a scene was a yard that needed to be mowed and a broken fence between parking lot and the diner next door. It was very unflatering, needs to be spruced up with flowers or shrubs.

Pool is always great. Really missed the hot tub. Tub in the room overflowed because kids must have been playing in it. But the water was dripping over my tub and going down the drain; so it wasn't a bother. Maintenance came to check on it when I called the front desk. Offered me a new room; but I didn't want to have to move all my things. Next morning, my toilet didn't flush well so I went to the front desk and she gave me a plunger so I could fix it myself. No big deal. I enjoy coming there and I come to visit my family when I can.

I hate that I can't get the same rate everytime I come. I can only afford the off season rates and I come often.

Great price, friendly staff, very accommodating, jacuzzi tubs, balcony, ice and vending, indoor heated pool, located next to mystic village and aquarium and not far from the beach or seaport

Broken pool chairs, only one person on staff, older women who was very pleasant but unfortunately had to walk all the way down to the other end of the hotel to get extra linens because housekeeping didn’t stock the front desk.

To start I loved it, daveta was great worked with me helped me out, muchly appreciate that, I loved the pool water could of been a little warmer but it was ok, the room was clean bathroom was stocked, I stay again an would like a balcony with the room that's actually what I thought I was getting but instead got a room over the door entrance by door B, the diner oo the diner food was fantastic good right one we ate there twice why we were there

The bed was comfortable but I did wake up with bites on me, that wasn't there before I got to the hotel, it was only like 4 bites but still

Very disappointed that we paid in advance and still had to pay additional $100.00 security deposit. We were not told that prior to booking our room. We have YET to have our account reimbursed. We are both elderly and disabled. We look forward to get away weekends. This unexpected expensive did put a strain on our budget, as we are on a fiixed income. .We were told by your staff, that we would be credited at checkout. We were very pleased otherwise. We had planned a return visit. My wife is recovering from Breast Cancer and Chemotherapy and radiation treatment's SO cleanliness is paramount !!!

The room looked just like the pictures. It was clean, and the bed was very comfortable! The hotel was quiet as well and in a very good location. Also, the staff was nice. They let us check in a little early and check out a little later. Thanks for a great stay! Don’t listen to the negative reviews. This was a very decent place to stay!

The location is close to the Mystic Aquarium, Dunkin Donuts ,Ol Mystic village right across the street ,within walking distance to town ,seaport ..perfect location

The room was in building B ,went to sit outside on terrace and was met with a smell from the Garbage containers from next door ..Seagull everywhere spreading the garbage and it was very hot so smell was very bad.Air conditioning unit made a very loud noise when came on ..

The room was good. It needs some updating but it did its job. Comfortable beds. Soft pillows. I couldn't hear anyone else. Vending machines were good but pricey. They have a restaurant attached which is convenient. Right off the highway. Indoor pool was good.

To much chlorine in the pool. Not enough towels in the pool area. Just needs some updating in the rooms.

The room was clean and quiet and nice refreshments had been made as this is an older hotel. We liked the nostalgia of it!

Our sink in our room did not drain. We were only there for a short while (1 night stay with an early checkout) so we did not ask to switch rooms. The front desk folks we spoke to were responsive so hoping they had it looked at after we left!
