We stayed 4 nights to visit family in Mystic and this was a perfect location for our visit, only minutes from Mystic. Room: We were pleasantly surprised with a fresh smelling smoking room with like-new furniture, carpet, paint, and bedding. The oversized Mini-Frig and having a microwave was quite convenient. No closet, but ample dresser storage. Large, wall mounted remote-controlled TV with lots of channels. Location: Nice, safe, secure, quiet and convenient location. Restaurants and shopping nearby. Staff: The owner's pride and concern for our comfort were well demonstrated. They took great care of us. This unit was head and shoulders above anything else in this price bracket. The separate entrance and separate heating and cooling unit ensured smoking did not bother anyone else. We look forward to our next vacation trip in the area and staying at the Windsor Motel again.

A few minor repairs were needed such as a missing screw on the toilet paper holder.

Owners are very personable. Gave dining recommendations and overall a pleasure to chat with. I will definilty stay there again. Location is right in the middle of plenty of restaurants, shops and Walmart is littteraly a 1 minute drive. Everything in the room worked as it should. It's a motel so there should be no perks or high end hotel expectations. It served it's purpose perfectly!

I went in looking for a clean room, a function AC unit, and wifi at a budget price. Windsor delivered on all of these, and the staff were kind and helpful. I was able to extend my stay without hassle. I'm very pleased with the experience, and will likely stay with them again. It's definitely bare bones, but those bones are good.

The mattress was very hard, and the AC unit quite loud.

The property as well as the room was very clean. It is a very quiet place to relax and reset. Within 5 minutes from a major grocery store as well as Walmart and in the other direction 3 minutes is a gas station and two restaurants. The staff and owners of this property are absolutely amazing. Always so friendly and genuinely happy to accommodate any requests they are able to. My go-to hotel in Groton.

Gentlman at Front desk was very pleasant and helpful. The exterior was a little old looking but don't let it fool you the interior was VERY WELL MAINTAINED. had fridge, microwave, iron & board, hair dryer, linens were very nice as was the furniture. It was also very quiet no loud people or traffic. DEFINITELY WELL WORTH THE PRICE! the owner takes pride in his establishment.

I absolutely love everything about this place I will never stay any where else again besides here at the Windsor Motel. The staff are the most amazing kind hearted people I even dealt with and the rooms and bedding were very clean unlike some places I have stayed at. If I had to rate this place a 1-10 I definitely would say more then a 10.

There was no breakfast and the hotel doesn't really have the space for it but that's okay with me. There were two things I didn't like. The shower pressure was not that well and not hot enough for me. Also the house keeper wouldn't just knock on the door he would bang on it like the cops were about to serve a warrant..boom boom boom. Unnecessary.

I have stayed here several times. Nick and his family have always been excellent. My room is always clean and comfortable. The location is fantastic and you can not beat the price. I continue to stay here on a regular basis. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to rest and unwind.

Location easy to find. Near a Walmart, 5Guys, and tulip farm.

shower curtain stained and ripped. Sink wouldn't drain quickly. Sheets torn and comforter had spots. Pillows very flimsy. Purple chair also stained.

The room was clean and up to date. The price was great. The check in and check out were very efficient. The room was everything I needed needed for this trip.

There was nothing about the room that I did not like. For the price, it was everything I needed for my trip. Close to RT 95, close to food, stores and entertainment.
