Loved the desk with the outlets and charging station between the beds. Loved how it pulled out! I know it sounds silly but we were very impressed. And the storage areas, fridge, wire pull out drawers, and the bathroom set up was great! very impressive and so well thought out! Also loved the coffee and tea station in the lobby. Great selection and thank you for including honey!!!!!!!

The sliding door for the closet / bathroom was nice but it didn't really close all the way when using the bathroom.

Breakfast was excellent. The mini cheese omelettes were wonderful and my sister had a delicious waffle. And the staff were wonderful. Kareem was on the Front desk when we arrived early and he arranged early check in for us with for a small additional cost: $35.--. The early check in was very helpful since it gave is a chance to freshen up before going to a lengthy Memorial Service in Westerly, RI followed by a family reception.

Wanted to book a Thursday, Friday stay. Thursday's rate was 180.00, but if I booked Thursday, Friday together, the two day rate was 540.00. When I asked if I could book both days at the 180.00 rate, they said no. So I booked another hotel close bye for 190.00 for Friday. Also, They didn't have any brochures for activities in the area.

I am very particular about the hotels I stay in. I didn't have any complaints at all! We had a great stay! The bed was very comfortable, and the overall cleanliness was spot on! There was a big boxing match on that night and my husband was able to hook up his computer to the TV to stream the fight on Amazon Prime. Thanks for making my night!

Property was very nice. It was clean. Front desk was pleasant.

The elevator was broken and we were put on the fourth floor. And a fire drill went off on a Sunday morning at six in the morning. Understood that fire things cannot be prevented however, there was no sort of instructions to the gas as to what was going on and what we needed to do. I feel for this kind of put a damper on the weekend and we felt like somehow we should’ve been compensated in someway for this

We stay there to be close to our daughter and son in law at the sub-base. This hotel is so comfortable with such a great breakfast. Staff are always so kind and helpful. We will always stay here when we visit.

Very nice. Excellent staff and service. Very comfortable stay. Asked for 2 rooms on the same floor and got it!!! Check out was quick and easy. Staff professional and pleasant. Beds extremely comfortable. Rooms Clean and wasnt afraid to lie down and sleep in the beds. Thank you!!!! Just need to add a small tube of toothpaste possibly to amenities. Thank you!

Would like a little gift shop or able to buy Connecticut key ring or momento in the hotel. Also include bacon and bagels to breakfast menu and a microwave to reheat. Otherwise everything else was wonderful and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you. Would definitely recommend and definitely book again. Thank you!

Convenient easy check, room and bathroom was a great size, staff were all very nice, beds were comfy and the breakfast was good. Water pressure was great and I didn't even hear any hallway activity.

I didn't like that the pillows smelled like someone's BO and had dried blood on 1, but we were promptly given clean ones when we asked. Wasn't keen on the barn door for a bathroom door that doubled as a closet door. It had large gaps on the sides.

It would be nice if the breakfast area had a microwave oven so we could warm up muffins or other items WIFI signal kept dropping out after about a half hour and you had to go back and reconnect.
