The room was clean. The staff was very accommodating.

The pool was ice cold to the point you couldn’t go in. My children love to swim and tried twice as we were on vacation and they wanted to swim so badly. Also the pool room was so cold I sat in my coat and was still cold. Definitely shouldn’t advertise on the sign out front heated pool. The lobby was very nice and clean but smelled so bad of cigarette smoke even though it’s a smoke free facility. The gym is run down and non functional and the jacuzzi was broke. The price was nice it seemed like they mean well but it’s run down included a smashed window that had a box taped over it. The woman staying in the downstairs lobby smoking weed at the back door as I exited with my children was also a big turn off. I can’t say I’d return.

The front desk staff was exceptionally welcoming! The gentleman in Flannigans was awesome in his interaction with those coming in for the breakfast buffet. The customer service was so genuine and refreshing! I could also tell the hotel was undergoing renovation. I can't wait to see the finished look. I will definitely visit again!

The hot tub was unavailable. Rear doors didn't have keyed entry. Slight mildew odor just outside of the elevator vestibule.

The property was fine. It was clean and I felt safe. The room was very clean. I had all the amenities that we needed. Staff were friendly and got us anything that we needed. 

The only thing that I could say that is bad the hot tub wasn’t working, which was fine. The snack machine wasn’t working which is fine because there’s a Dunkin’ Donuts right on the property and many other places to find food and there was a leak upstairs in the ice machine other than that the place was clean and people were very friendly. Very happy with our room. It was quiet and clean. We just needed a place to sleep while we ventured into a Mystic

It was close to the Base. Free drinks in the lobby. The waiter in Flanagan's was PHENOMENAL! He remembered everybody's order right down to the condiments. Then he still remembered what we ordered the next morning. He had a joke for each plate he delivered he was just a super nice guy. It certainly made our stay enjoyable. If you go to this hotel don't underestimate the restaurant the food was delicious and reasonably priced.

I didn't like the young woman at the desk. I don't think she saw me sitting in the lobby but was making snarky comments to the customers on the phone. Something about someone needing to cancel their reservations but still needing to charge them for a one night stay bcs they we're canceling too late. She put them on hold and said she need to go talk to her manager but literally just sat there at the chair waited a few minutes then got back on and reiterated the same thing she had just said. Young girl brown hair. That was kind of a turn-off but the rest of this day was wonderful.

Location between two casinos also the restaurant was convenient ( a shout to Greg excellent service and great personality and helpfulness is a plus for your company.

Vending machines were empty or not working. I’m assuming all toilets should be changed to chair height. I also think that all carpeting in the rooms and hallways should be replaced with the type of wood or laminate you now have in your lobby.

Location is great. People that work there are really nice and there's always someone at the front desk. It's like my 3rd time staying here. Will be back again.

Was upset that the restaurant was closed. But owner told me that they are renovating it. That's great!!!

It was nice.

The breakfast could use an upgrade. They said hot breakfast was on weekends. The continental consist of milk/cereal or oatmeal (no toppings.) No fruit, yogurt, toast, jelly. Which usually is included with continental as in my past experiences. Everything else was good.

We went to a concert at Mohegan Sun and are glad we booked our room here to stay after the show. It is a very clean hotel and an excellent value for a place to rest your head. Not the fanciest place but who needs it when you’re there to rest up for a long drive in the morning. Room was just as described and pictured online. Check-in was easy and pleasant. Plus we had free hot buffet breakfast at the adjoining restaurant which just restarted - we lucked out. Very friendly staff and service. Good coffee, hot eggs, bacon, toast, etc. just enough to hit the spot. We will be back for future stays.

The bathroom door was a bit difficult to close completely but it was manageable.

Good breakfest, friendly woman who worked the dining area. Comfortable bed, nice room.

No one at front desk late at night front door wide open no one checking who comes and goes

It is very quiet and very clean

The pool area was not open as it said it would be. kid's were very unhappy about that. Room's would only get clean during the week if you requested them.
