I love how spacious our room was. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels and feel this was by far one of the roomiest rooms I’ve ever had. Bed was comfortable and everything was very clean! Ac worked well, hot water was great in the spacious bathroom. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Our room was ready and available early! Pool area cleaned, and plenty of towels available. Also had a shower and bathrooms in pool area. Nice gym area too!

Very limited parking for such a big hotel. Not close to anything so couldnt walk anywhere my son and I couldn’t do anything unless we drove somewhere but then would lose a parking spot. Signs everywhere in the lot saying not responsible for lost or stolen things from your vehicle which made me feel like theft in their parking lot must be high and that maybe the area wasn’t good. Only other complaint was the indoor pool was cold. Most indoor pool water is on the warmer side but this one wasn’t. It was cold and took some getting used to!

The hotel was perfectly located for our travel plans, and we were able to get around inexpensively using uber or walking. Staff was friendly and accommodating and kind enough to provide us with a room away from wedding guests staying there just in case it got noisy. This courtesy was much appreciated and as it turned out, it was in fact a quiet stay.

The buffet breakfast at the onsite restaurant was good, however a bit pricey compared to other hotels where the same style breakfast is often included or discounted. But the restaurant itself was nice and the staff friendly and courteous.

It was well located, close to the train station and around the corner from the Garde Arts Space, where we attended an event. The restaurant was busy, but the food was very good. We were lucky enough to go on a Friday night when the restaurant had live blues music.

We couldn't get the heat regulated, however this wasn't anything major and would prevent me from staying there again. Also, we weren't able to get a late check out, but again, nothing major.

WE LIKED EVERYTHING!!! - Starting with the Professional Front Desk Employee who checking us in, everything was perfect and according to our expectations.

We were there to visit my grandson who was in the Navy and it was easy to get to the base from the hotel. We ate at the restaurant one evening and that was convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The downtown area is pretty disinvested in. There's not a lot of active businesses. It felt perfectly safe, but there was very little in walking distance.

Check-in with Jake was very fast and efficient, and when we saw him a bit later, he inquired if everything was what we expected. The pool was very nice and showeres and towels were included. The roll-in shower was much appreciated. Although it was located in the center of town, the Inn was easy to find and had good parking.

The only improvement we could ask for is for the room to have a luggage rack to make it easier to use one's,suit case. The Holiday Inn does not serve breakfast.

They have a bar & restaurant Happy hour is really good Buy a drink and you get a free appetizer Bartender very friendly The gentleman at the desk when we checked in was very friendly & helpful Gave us a name of a great place to eat Captain Scott’s food was excellent

Staff was excellent, location was perfect and the room was comfortable and spotless.

Rooms could use better lighting and there are no USB outlets. Plenty of regular outlets but no USBs.
