It definitely is a BIG Plus that it is PET FRIENDLY. The accommodations were very good, breakfast was a little pricey, but the food was good. Staff was very courteous and helpful. The hotel door to the room was a little tricky when you had to open it, had to figure out how hard to move the handle and listen for the click. The KING size bed mattress was very high. I'm short. The grounds are kept up nicely. The pool is small, but it was not crowded, and it was clean. It's about 20 minutes from Mohegan Sun. My comments are just my opinion. There wasn't anything that I did not like that I would complain about.

Although they were in the process of renovating the Facility they took every precautionary measure to ensure safety first. They were extremely concerned that we were comfortable with our room. The room was clean with crisp white sheets and a warm blanket. I was exhausted but I was impressed with the cleanliness of the carpets and the bathroom. I will return when I am in the Groton area next year.

We just stayed one night as a stop on a roadtrip. We stay at Hilton's often while on the road, because we know what to expect. This one met our expectations. The front desk clerk was very helpful and friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. Convenient location. We were very happy with our stay.

This hotel had installed extremely heavy door that are put in place in case of a fire. We were unaware of this which cause my hand getting slammed in the door. Nothing broke just bad bruising. When I mentioned it at check out staff was very apologetic and kind and offered me a bandage. I should have asked for a manager at that point. This information should be provided before it more than swollen and bruised fingers.

Conveniently located near stores and restaurants and Mohegan Sun with easy access to the highway. Excellent breakfast buffet and very helpful staff with clean and comfortable rooms.

There is not a single thing I could find to complain about.

Clean, good location, nice outdoor space.

They are the home to a Sleep Diagnostic Center through a local hospital, which made it challenging as we were traveling with 13 11 year old boys. They do have a wing but there were also rooms scattered throughout the hotel.

The staff was friendly. The room was recently renovated.

The rest of the facility was being renovated. We had to maneuver around the construction. It will be nice once the construction is finished.

Everything was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and so easy to talk to. We were there on a spur of the moment trip so we didn't spend a lot of time at the hotel.

We liked just about everything about the hotel. Pretty place,nice rooms,and good location. We enjoyed the outside fire pit at night.

No free breakfast option but not a big deal.

The people at the front desk were amazing.our tv didn't work and no one was there to fix it,so she came to our room and hooked it up.too
