This is my go-to hotel when I visit Mystic, CT. The hotel location is great & near so many stores, restaurants and attractions. The hotel is always staffed with amazing & helpful people. Bar in the hotel is located near fire pits & makes for a perfect for relaxation & chatting.

Through a upgrade with Booking.com, I got a king room with a jetted tub. It ended up being totally not worth the upgrade. The jetted tub wasn’t anything spectacular & the room cost too much. I should have just stayed with the original room that I booked.

The location was perfect for walking to the aquarium and olde mystic village, and close to everything else too. The room was comfortable and clean, the bathroom was a little small for 3 of us but we loved the Crabtree and Evelyn products, and the lobby shop was available for anything we'd forgotten. All of the staff was so friendly and helpful, they had snacks for kids and props in the lobby for photos. We loved having the pool and the restaurant had good food, great service.

The layout of the hotel was a little confusing our room was far from the elevator and we kept getting turned around. Nothing in the room or on the TV or app told me room service was available, only when I saw another room get a delivery did I realize. I wouldve appreciated an old school written guide to amenities and local attractions.

The room and the bed were great. Interaction with housekeeping, the front desk and restaurant were positive. The location couldn't have been better. The breakfast buffet was good quality and good value.

We had to leave early because our dog got sick, so we ate the cost of one night's stay and it shortened our vacation by two days. We ordered from a third party, but I don't think we could have gotten a refund even if we booked directly at the hotel. It is nothing to do with the hotel, but it was disappointing.

Lovely hotel, great location with parking. Literally across the street from Olde Mistick Village and Mystic Aquarium. There were a few restaurants within walking distance and a Starbucks across the road. It is about a 5 minute drive to the town of Mystic which is a beautiful town with many restuarants and right on the water. The hotel has a nice bar where we had a drink after dinner. The pool area looked very nice but we did not use it. The room was perfect with a very comfortable bed. The only negative I have is breakfast was not included. We went to the Mystic Diner down the road which was very good. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

I always expect a nice hotel when it's a Hilton but the Mystic Hilton is so family friendly and was perfectly situated for our planned activities. Minutes from the Mystic Aquarium, Mystic Village. luxury movie theater, and historic/tourist attractions we were able to make ourselves at home without having to spend time "learning the area". The hotel offered free family friendly move nights at the pool, complimentary toys in a treasure chest, and the kindest staff that made my daughter feel like a VIP. Would 100% stay here again.

I always like a free breakfast but in room amenities (fridge, microwave, coffee station) and free coffee made up for it.

The man at the front desk (who was actually covering for someone else) was wonderful! Made us feel welcome and cared for. Pool was very nice, there was an artist painting a pretty mural at the pool. She was very friendly. Restaurant was pretty decent and nice workout room.

The toilet in the room was very small. Close to the floor and very small. Not appropriate for a full grown man.

Convenience, food, space, amenities. It was great!

Can be noisy with kids, having one myself I know that we need to get energy out, however, when my toddler was trying to sleep (around 9-10 pm) the kids were still very loud in the hallways. Parents were not even trying to tell their kids to keep the volume down. There are many gathering areas for families so I don't think running down hallways and screaming at night is the best time and place.

The front desk staff was excellent and very attentive to requests. The room was very clean.

The bathroom was missing the shampoo and conditioner bottles. I needed to call the front desk. The shampoo was delivered in record time. Problem resolved! Room service is a little too pricey. It was late August so it was very hot so all of the compressors; mini-fridge, a/c and even a hidden loud hum from the shared bathroom wall. Glad I had earplugs.

the environment, the location. such a cute town! right beside the aquarium. we love it there! will go back. Love the decor.

has nothing to do with the hotel itself. the waitress at breakfast at restaurant inside, was in training so was not attentitive, was slow and took forever to get out food out. never got refills. but actual hotel staff was amazing.

The bed and room were comfortable, but I did need to request an extra blanket. Breakfast available was delicious. Generous provisions of shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion in room.

The humidity was so high that there was actually water standing on the floor-not from any other leak. Paying extra for breakfast and time required to place order and get a bill.
