I loved how close we were to the beach.

The host was very rude when we arrived. I knew we were early and said that to him and before I could say anything he said your rooms not ready come back at 3.didnt even offer us to enjoy the grounds or pool. My husband asked could we hang out he just said fine. I was taken back by his rudeness. When we came back , I asked about the pond and where it was, he told me at the back of their property, I said oh we were their he snapped at me and asked why did I even ask him. What I thought was maybe their was a different access because the one path was flooded and told him that and he replied well it did rain. He needs a lesson in politeness.

Great location next to the golf course and close to the water. The room was spacious and included a separate area with a counter, microwave, and fridge—very convenient. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the terrace with its lovely view of the golf course. Bed was ok.

The hotel is spacious and comfortable, but the décor feels a bit dated, reminiscent of the 90s. Breakfast doesn’t begin until 7:30, which we found a little late for travelers with early starts. Can't comment on the quality of the breakfast because we needed to leave. The lady setting up the breakfast did kindly give us a cup of coffee and it was terrible, instant tasting. There was a Dunkin down the road which we ended up stopping at.

The property is located on a quiet street next to a golf course. While the property is clearly older it was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and kind. We didn’t use the pool but it looked well kept and other families were obviously enjoying it.

While there was plenty of parking it wasn’t always convenient. We chose to park in the lot near the lobby and just walk through the front of the hotel building. The keycard door between the entrance of the hotel building was always propped open so there was no need to scan to get access to the rooms area. I mention this not because we were uncomfortable as we felt quite safe but others may find this unsettling. Although I could have at anytime probably just closed the door and I don’t think anyone would have complained. But we felt very safe in the environment so had no issue with it.

Pool, nice dock to fish from and trail to walk. Close to the beach with beach passes. Restaurant next door. Cold AC in room. Nice balcony in room to sit outside. Fun to watch the golfers next door. Overall, we had a great stay and will come back here every year on our vacations.

Even though the Do Not Disturb sign was on the door, on 2 separate times, housekeeping entered room while we were changing. The Continental Breakfast could use more items, and after a few days, items ran out and weren't restocked.

Breakfast was good but simple just coffee, juice, muffins, toast, fresh fruit, yogurt, etc,. location was good and close to the strip and beach, watching people play golf from balcony was entertaining, people were friendly, nice pool, room was clean, it's good they had an elevator, bathroom and shower was good, a lot of shelves to put stuff, it was nice sitting outside on balcony having coffee in morning, I brought my own small coffee pot for the room.

The only thing I didn’t like was the a/c unit in room was outdated, fan didn’t work well.

Based off the photos, we thought the room was going to be a little outdated, but we’re quickly surprised upon arrival! The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was close to the beach, but far enough away that you didn’t have to worry about all the beach traffic. My kids and I loved the pool and hot tub, but we enjoyed walked the property and seeing the beautiful garden, the chickens and walking out on the deck. We will definitely be back!

This hotel isn't as good as the Wyndhams/ Hiltons by the casinos, but it's the best family hotel between there and misquamicut. The fact that it's 5 minutes and gets you a free pass to they're private/ resident beach makes it awesome. I've done all the hotels around here over the past 20 years. Has a shower in the pool area to wash the sand off everyone after a day at the beach and a large hot tub and pool for the kids to use after washing the sand out of they're bathing suits. also I found it a lot of fun drinking coffee on the back side balcony in the am and watching people golf

The only thing this property lacks is a laundry facility and a full breakfast buffet. Everything else is spot on

The Inn was fine.

I requested, was promised and recieved an email confirming a walk in shower for my handicap husband. Also a room with no or least amount of stairs. When we arrived they did not honor that and said that it was booking.com that made the mistake.They had no record of my request. I showed them my correspondense that read as if it was sent from the Inn. Our room was on the top/ 3rd floor with an elevator but scary if there had been an emergency. My husband was not able to take a shower.

Breakfast good, woman annoying, tells u how to do things, saw her tell a woman who was helping her kids with juice that her toast was ready and the woman said ok… she pushed it back down and when the woman walked away she popped it up saying it was done!

Have the woman do her stuff and not tell people what to do and how to do it at breakfast

the room did not appear too modern on arrival. we really did enjoy our stay. our room patio was on a hole on the golf course and we enjoyed that. the private beach area works so well. saves money on beach parking fee. we ended up adding a second night because we enjoyed the location and proximity to beach and food. ate meals at the restaurant next store and the food was reasonable enough and very good. it is our intention to return in a few weekss. would love to go more often.

not much. I did not find the front desk to be overly friendly, but they did their job for us.
