Bed was comfortable, though the pillows were too soft, but I have never been to any hotel with firmer pillows. Bathroom clean, everything was dusted, and room smelled clean. Breakfast was awesome and the hot foods were hot or at least warm. No cold scrambled eggs and there was quite a bit of variety.

The room was very nice an was clean. The beds were comfortable and the room was a big size with a little kitchen area. The breakfast that was served every day was excellent. there were many different food choices and all of the food was fresh and delicious. The hotel also accommodated dogs and my family came with two. The dogs loved staying at the motel and enjoined the nice walks the property had to offer. It was a little bit expensive but we did go on a big holiday weekend. I would definitely recommend the Hyatt Place Uncasville - Casino Area

It was expensive but we traveled on a major holiday with 2 dogs. It would have been nice if they had a restaurant that served food in the late afternoon or evening.

Convenient location, comfortable bed, excellent breakfast, plush pool towels, nice to have a bar area.

Bathroom lighting was poor. Had to leave the door open when showering. Bedroom area furniture was dusty and had lots of scratches and even sticky tape. No microwave. The pool area was quite dark and the ceiling was in terrible condition. My pet peeve with hotel pools is when there is a scum ring around the tiles…and this one definitely needed cleaning. No fault of the hotel, but ongoing road construction made for a difficult entry to the property.

On a lark, for the first time. I asked in the special request section on your website for a picture of Steve Buscemi. Your staff absolutely came through. 11 out of 10 on the customer service and also friendliness upon arrival and check in. FYI no, joke. First review of anything in at least a year

Please don't pretend to have a restaurant for dinners when you clearly don't. The food was sub par at best and it was clear that your check in staff (once again very good at helping despite the extra burden) were responsible for the duty. I feel like the guys checking me in shouldn't have to be my waiter.

Was delighted to open the door to our room and find how big the room was, we had a couch area that also turned into a bed . Had a buffet area, all kinds of hook up for any electronic imaginable, bed was very comfortable, was disappointed with the pool area, water was real cloudy, paint peeling off ceiling, so we didn’t use it. Too bad would have made it a perfect stay since it was so hot and humid out. However… the girl at the front desk got our room ready for us real early at our request. That was much appreciated.

The hotel is conveniently located for visitors looking to spend their time in Mohegan Sun casino for the fraction of the casino hotels' price. It is also very close to Foxwoods Casino and Mystic attractions and restaurants. The hotel is situated away from the large highways, in quiet surroundings with a nice landscape view from the top floors windows. The rooms are very clean. The sink and mirror outside of the bathroom allows for more convenience. Beds are very comfortable. The hotel stuff is welcoming and readily responsive to all requests. The breakfast is a usual American style continental, nothing special about it. The bar is indeed opened 24/7 with one of the front desk attendants serving drinks.

The 24/7 on-site restaurant is non-existent. There may be an option of the bar attendant to microwave one of the pre-packaged burgers or other quick meals, but I did not risk it. The air conditioning is very powerful but not too reliable. I had to request room change due to the failing AC. The pool is small, stuffy, not very attractive. No issue with the hotel otherwise.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the room was huge, hot water temperature was fantastic, gym was great (just needed sanitizing wipes to be able to clean equipment before and after use, and a remote to be able to work the tv would have been awesome too), bed and pillows were very comfortable, complimentary shuttle to Mohegan was fast and convenient, and the breakfast was fantastic: eggs, Canadian bacon, potatoes, French toast, fresh fruit, assorted breads and bagels, oatmeal, cereal… and so many options for beverages. We would absolutely stay here again!

Our room was really, really clean! Impeccably clean. I really appreciated that. In my opinion, even if a hotel room isn't brand new, when it's cleaned well it feels so luxurious. Staff were really friendly, hard working and kind. Pay them well so they can keep customers happy! Included breakfast made life easier and the coffee was actually really well brewed, which was a nice little surprise. Carafe coffee usually never delivers, but it was great! Overall, it was a really comfortable and convenient stay. :)

We enjoyed our stay. The room was great. I was traveling with my husband and my 2 teen kids. The room was species and my kids could sleep in there own beds. Very comfortable. I also liked the breakfast. It was good and covenant. This hotel was a great value.

It would have been nice to have an ice machine on our floor. We were on the 5th and had to go down to the 2nd floor. It would also be nice to have a laundry facility to do your own laundry. But not a deal breaker.

The bed was very comfortable. The towels were excellent. They were sparkling white and in excellent condition. The room was quiet. I appreciated that there was a black out shade.

It was a little slippery in the morning when I left and it didn't look like anything was salted. It was a little difficult to find the property. The sign outside is small and not very well lit. The building cannot be seen from the road.
