The staff in particular made our stay a special one. Amit greeted us warmly and took care to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Everyone at the front desk was welcoming and always very helpful. The hotel is new, and decorated beautifully - modern fixtures and crisp design elements complement the preserved old historical building features. Our room was bright and clean. We loved the Nespresso machine to start our day! Parking is secure and the location convenient. We are excited to see downtown Norwich as it continues to be revitalized, while keeping intact the rich history. Check out the old post office next door - charming interior frozen in time!

Very clean and great location for my purposes. Good breakfast place within a 5 minutes drive. Good air temp. Helpful staff, good parking. Unique experience compared to name brand hotels.

Very minimalist - the bed wasn’t the best. Glad I brought a sleep mask. Didn’t have overhead lights so fumbled around in the dark for a second. No tissues in the bathroom. Bring your own snacks or drinks. I think there was a small vending machine by the ice maker. Not a lot of counter space in the bathroom so getting ready was tricky.

The location to Mohegan was about a ten minute drive. Staff person was nice. Didn’t seem to know much about the area. Seemed like she was the only one working there. Check in was quick.

It was so cold upon arriving to hotel. Our room had some splatter of what looked like coffee on corner of bathroom floor/wall. There was someones contact stuck on the trim of the bathroom floor so obviously the bathroom was not cleaned very well. Other than that it was okay.

The lobby, hallways, and room were very clean. Check-in was easy, and the staff were very polite and helpful! Upon check-in, the staff explained how to turn on the lights in the room. We had a standard king room, and it was enough room for two people. One side of the bed was close to wall, so you had to shimmy to get out of the bed. The bed was firm, but very comfortable, and we slept great! The pillows were great!

The bathroom was small, but we knew it would be from the photos and reviews.

Good location downtown which is beautiful. No breakfast, but Creme Coffee is around corner on Franklin Street.

Perhaps a small throw rug by each bed would help warm your feet on the bare floor. Also, a photo from the town whose name is on the door.... Example: Harness State Park in Waterford.

Extremely clean. The staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable. Enjoyed the cappuccino. 12 minutes from Mohegan Sun (going) 8 minutes back from Mohegan Sun.

Even though we reserved the smaller room I wished there was at least one chair in the room to sit on to take off and put on my shoes.

The beds were very comfortable i’m not sure why everyone says they are hard they are memory foam and the room has plenty of space! we stayed here and took a quick uber to mohegan sun it was great! wonderful little hotel!

Very clean, loved the decor/style. It was very quiet. The front desk staff was very friendly.

No vent fan in the bathroom so the vanity and floor were covered in condensation after a shower. The bed is very firm, some prefer that and some might not.

Comfortable bed and excellent staff.

No close choices for dinner or food market. No microwave. Also poor room lighting only 1 bedlght and no overheads. The desk person did explain that before checking in.
