My wife and I recently returned to Mohegan Sun after many years, filled with nostalgic memories of our visits during the time we lived in the United States over two decades ago. One of the most powerful and meaningful symbols we always remembered — and looked forward to seeing again — was the statue of the elderly woman who stood with quiet dignity as a tribute to her legacy and contributions to Mohegan Sun. Her presence was not only a beautiful part of the resort’s history, but also a living reminder of timeless values: wisdom, resilience, and generosity. To my deep disappointment, I discovered that the statue had been removed, along with other historical elements that once gave Mohegan Sun its unique emotional and cultural identity. That statue resembled my late mother, who passed away at the remarkable age of 97. Each visit here was not only a vacation — it was, for me, like a reunion with her memory. By pure chance — or perhaps something greater — I shared my sadness with a kind Mohegan Sun employee named Olga, who has worked here since 1997. That is also my mother’s name. The emotional impact of that encounter moved all of us — myself, my wife, and Olga — to tears. I humbly urge you to consider bringing back that cherished statue and the historical symbols that once decorated this magnificent place. Not only as a gesture of respect for the legacy they represent, but as a gift for future generations who come not just for entertainment, but also to feel a deeper connection to the spirit of Mohegan Sun. Employees are polite and helpful. Lots of food selection and tasty food and good portions. Also the Lots of Employees cleaning. Beautiful Decorations. We had a Great Visit and we will be back in the near future. Thank you.

The Bed in the room is comfortable and the room is clean. Needs Upgrades to the decorations and walls and lights should be touch on and off and phone charger as well. Needs a More Modern Look to the room. And the door that looks like it would connect to the next door room is terrible. That needs to go.

The convenience also, the room was nice. We also like the breakfast place that serves pastries and bagels, especially when they haven't sold out of the almond crousants.

We have to arrive a long time before check in since the line of cars waiting for the valet is always long. The attendants are nice but it seems you need more. We make reservations at Ballo usually and I have to leave the car with my husband an hour and a half before before our reservation time and last two times just made it since also long line to check in. Also, I think we booked a room with a king bed but got two queen, stayed there since no a big deal and like I said just wanted to get to our dinner reservation. Last thing, the vanity area in bath is really small but nothing you can do at this point! It looks like a long list here but our stay generally was very nice.

Mohegan is beautiful; the lobby, the rooms and casino are all very nice. Our room was so spacious, bed super comfortable and came with tons of amenities! Loved that there were toothbrushes, toothpaste, and other things in the bathroom. Lots of water bottles and kurig/coffee for free. Very clean and smelled great.

Parking was confusing! Didn’t know where to park; of different area for people staying at hotel. Saw that hotel had valet but the line was huge! Ended up parking in the out door winter lot, after going around for 30 minutes to find a spot! Plus was so cold and had a long walk to hotel with bags

The room was immaculate and the bed was extremely comfortable. I enjoyed my stay. We saw Bowzer's last rock and roll concert. The event was four hours which ran past our reservation time at Ballo's Restaurant. Upon arrival, we found hour reservations had been cancelled a half hour earlier. I undrstood that. Th hostess, however, said she would try to find a table for the four of us. Within about ten minutes, we were seated at a table for four even though the place was crowded. The food was fantastic as was breakfast the following morning at The Hash House.

I did not like the length of time it took for the valet parking. We were in line for a half hour. I had to get out of my vehicle to ask if we were in the right line. No one came over to tell us that they had to move cars to create space even though were were the second car in line. One of the valet's could have walked the several yards up to our vehicle to tell us what was going on.

I booked (2) rooms for my husband in one room and my 2 nephews in the other. I bought tickets to Jeff Dunham for my adult-Autistic nephew for his birthday. His brother and my husband enjoyed the gaming tables while we were at the show. We all enjoyed so much fun for a quick overnight stay. The accommodations were excellent, the staff was helpful and each restaurant we frequented were very efficient and the food was very good. Thank you for a special memory for all of us!

Clean, efficient & quiet (when needed)

Overall liked the property. Great food options. Front desk experience was tremendous after a poor greeting from valet. Staff at the facility was tremendous and very helpful.

The valet didn’t articulate parking options to us upon check in. When we didn’t valet, he didn’t give us directions on where to park. Parked in Summer lot when we should’ve parked in Winter. Should allow short term parking at entrance upon check in. His demeanor set an unfriendly tone upon arrival after a long drive. Weekend price escalation was disappointing. That’s why we didn’t stay longer. Tripling the rate is difficult to adjust to.

Room was very pleasant and clean and we felt safe. Bed Mattress and pillows were comfortable. HACV was system quiet.

Need better signage in Winter Garage. When we got out of car could not easily see signs to direct us to Check In, etc. The Towels in the Bathroom felt thin, not comfortable. Disappointed that our room view looked down on roofing and AC units for the price we paid. Providing this feed back on constructive basis to hopefully have changes implemented. Overall, our stay was enjoyed due to good cleanliness, safety and pleasant staff.

The choice of restaurants… lots to choose From. The shows on the Sun Patio in the afternoon with the food truck. We were there to see Phish and the hotel provided us a great place to spend to day before the show.

We would have like a more friendly environment to take walk during the day, outside in the wood without having to drive there. We asked the concierge and everybody seemed to want us to stay on the property. I would have preferred a shower more modern without a curtain. But it was very clean.

really liked all the different restaurants and shopping. fun things for the kids to do like bowling, arcade, kids center with fun activities for them, swimming

the shower head in the room was terrible and no water pressure. also the pool was closed from morning until late afternoon which was disappointing for the kids. luckily we were able to get a quick swim in before it closed for the night.
