THE room was real spacious and very clean and the bed was king size and very comfortable The scenery was special over looking the water and into the foliage. It was awesome. The restaurants Tao was Special Food was a 10 but so was their waitstaff. The staff on casino floor was also very helpful and friendly..The Farm Italian restaurant was a 10 of 10. Waitress we had was quite helpful and attentive. The HashHouse for breakfast is also a must stop.They make their own cold brew ice coffee 24hours overnight and its the best ice coffee ive ever had..Their good was do good chicken n waffles was awesome.and pancakes n eggs hit the mark for sure

There was nothing we didn't like.The automated check out was great and the valet server was right on the money. Everyone was very nice and friendly .

One of the most powerful and meaningful symbols we always remembered — and looked forward to seeing again — was the statue of the elderly woman who stood with quiet dignity as a tribute to her legacy and contributions to Mohegan Sun. Her presence was not only a beautiful part of the resort’s history, but also a living reminder of timeless values: wisdom, resilience, and generosity. To my deep disappointment, I discovered that the statue had been removed, along with other historical elements that once gave Mohegan Sun its unique emotional and cultural identity. That statue resembled my late mother, who passed away at the remarkable age of 97. Each visit here was not only a vacation — it was, for me, like a reunion with her memory. By pure chance — or perhaps something greater — I shared my sadness with a kind Mohegan Sun employee named Olga, who has worked here since 1997. That is also my mother’s name. The emotional impact of that encounter moved all of us — myself, my wife, and Olga — to tears. I humbly urge you to consider bringing back that cherished statue and the historical symbols that once decorated this magnificent place. Not only as a gesture of respect for the legacy they represent, but as a gift for future generations who come not just for entertainment, but also to feel a deeper connection to the spirit of Mohegan Sun. Employees are polite and helpful. Lots of food selection and tasty food and good portions. Also the Lots of Employees cleaning. Beautiful Decorations. We had a Great Visit and we will be back in the near future. Thank you.

The Bed in the room is comfortable and the room is clean. Needs Upgrades to the decorations and walls and lights should be touch on and off and phone charger as well. Needs a More Modern Look to the room. And the door that looks like it would connect to the next door room is terrible. That needs to go.

We've stayed here in the past. Always have a wonderful experience. Only thing, I was hoping for a room with a tub, to soak in. Our room had the shower stall. We arrived earlier than checking time and we ended up with an upgraded room. The staff is always very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

I can't really think of anything they could done better. Maybe ask if customer prefers a shower stall to a tub when booking either online or by phone. Just a thought.

The convenience also, the room was nice. We also like the breakfast place that serves pastries and bagels, especially when they haven't sold out of the almond crousants.

We have to arrive a long time before check in since the line of cars waiting for the valet is always long. The attendants are nice but it seems you need more. We make reservations at Ballo usually and I have to leave the car with my husband an hour and a half before before our reservation time and last two times just made it since also long line to check in. Also, I think we booked a room with a king bed but got two queen, stayed there since no a big deal and like I said just wanted to get to our dinner reservation. Last thing, the vanity area in bath is really small but nothing you can do at this point! It looks like a long list here but our stay generally was very nice.

Mohegan is beautiful; the lobby, the rooms and casino are all very nice. Our room was so spacious, bed super comfortable and came with tons of amenities! Loved that there were toothbrushes, toothpaste, and other things in the bathroom. Lots of water bottles and kurig/coffee for free. Very clean and smelled great.

Parking was confusing! Didn’t know where to park; of different area for people staying at hotel. Saw that hotel had valet but the line was huge! Ended up parking in the out door winter lot, after going around for 30 minutes to find a spot! Plus was so cold and had a long walk to hotel with bags

Beautiful! Mohegan Sun is a decorative, lively & aesthetically pleasing place even if you don’t gamble. So many delicious food options. The showers were amazing and the earth tower has an elevated modern look where everything (appliances) feels fresh & new. All the bell guys were very nice.

Big check in line. It was Labor Day weekend and my check in situation was a little more complex, but that line did take a while and then I had to come back for my second rooms key. All in all this wasn’t really a huge deal.

The room was immaculate and the bed was extremely comfortable. I enjoyed my stay. We saw Bowzer's last rock and roll concert. The event was four hours which ran past our reservation time at Ballo's Restaurant. Upon arrival, we found hour reservations had been cancelled a half hour earlier. I undrstood that. Th hostess, however, said she would try to find a table for the four of us. Within about ten minutes, we were seated at a table for four even though the place was crowded. The food was fantastic as was breakfast the following morning at The Hash House.

I did not like the length of time it took for the valet parking. We were in line for a half hour. I had to get out of my vehicle to ask if we were in the right line. No one came over to tell us that they had to move cars to create space even though were were the second car in line. One of the valet's could have walked the several yards up to our vehicle to tell us what was going on.

Room was clean and comfortable. We parked at the winter garage and just walked in and used the self service kiosks for check in- took less than three minutes and the kiosks print your room keys, as many as you need. There is an attendant who checks for room keys before you enter the elevator for the rooms. Room was great, but slightly overpriced for size and lack of extra amenities or luxury.

Slightly over priced but it was a holiday weekend. We just stayed one night.

We went to see Bonnie Raitt in concert - fantastic! We had dinner at Sol Toro, which we like a lot, and breakfast the next day at Hash House a GoGo, where the food is very good and the portions are very big. The hotel itself is very nice, clean, comfortable beds, and we had a beautiful view! The staff is lovely and very helpful - one security person walked us all the way to the restaurant! It’s a big place, so lots of walking.
