The Graduate was right in the middle of UCONN campus which was perfect as I was there to work at the Bookstore. My room was spacious, comfy and clean. I loved all of the decorations from the lobby to the last little details in my room. Venus at the front desk as well as all of the staff were super kind and helpful. It felt safe, and having a restaurant on site was perfect. The fridge in the room was a nice addition.

My air conditioning was SUPER loud and sounded like an airplane in my room. A microwave in the room would have been great, but there was on sin the lobby for everyone to use. I would still stay here again, and had an excellent stay.

The location is perfect-we have had an annual event at UConn for the past three years and it has worked out very well. My daughter is hoping to attend UConn next year so it is nice that we are familiar with the property. The cafe was convenient, although a little pricey, but not unexpected in a hotel restaurant. The hotel was very clean.

This is our third stay in three years, and although clean, the room was looking a little shabby. Scratched furniture, paint and wallpaper. Needs a little updating. Maybe now that Hilton has purchased the chain, they will refresh the decor a little.

We visited UConn with our son. We love The Graduate hotels we’ve stayed at in Ann Arbor and Richmond, and Storrs did not disappoint! The lobby is huge with plenty of cool seating areas and a restaurant. The staff was so friendly and funny. The beds are super comfy and the room was spacious. The Decor is soo cool - like vintage college. We loved our short stay and we always look for Graduate hotels on our college visits!

Everything was fantastic. I would hope you could waive the overnight parking fee, but again it was not expensive at all.

This is without a doubt the best hotel in the area. Granted, options are limited. But The Graduate exceeds expectations. The staff was wonderful. The rooms were clean and well appointed. And the bar/restaurant was a pleasant surprise. The quality of the food, drink and service was beyond what one might generally expect from a hotel bar/restaurant/coffee shop.

Super cool themed hotel seemingly integrated with the campus (UConn). Lots of details and interesting nostalgia about the university in the hotel and rooms themselves. Staff was friendly and very accommodating - there was a mix-up with my reservation, but the staff checked me in and fixed it on the back end instead of making me wait. Large room, lots of outlets and decent view of campus. Could walk right out from hotel onto the campus itself.

Limited breakfast menu. Not a hit on the hotel, but there is not much besides the university in/around Storrs in general.

Graduate Storrs exceded our expectations! We loved the hotel design and decor, the facility was clean, staff was friendly and the food at the Trophy room was excellent. Thank you for having a decent non-alcoholic beer available. I will seek out Graduate hotels in my future travels and go out of my way to stay in one again. Excellent. Outstanding. Graduate Storrs was an oasis in a sea of standard-rate hotels. Thank you!

My daughter and husband would have liked a pool, but not top on my list.

The best part about this place is the location. I guess thats what we are paying for; the convenience of being on campus.

The price. Its insanely over-priced. For the amount we spent on a room (over $400 WITH discounts) you would think there’d be more amenities or something. No complimentary breakfast-not even bare bones options. They give you “chips”’ to cash in for a coffee in the morning.

Everyone was extremely helpful and genuine. Service of any kind was quick ( ie pillows and sheets to the room, breakfast, cocktails ). Bob, the manager went above and beyond to help with future booking and the conversion to a hilton. Thank you for a great stay!!

It's a great location. The rooms are always super clean, I can't stress how important that is. Clean linens and beds and the bathrooms are clean too. The beds are comfy too ! The staff was so nice and accommodating.

The lighting in the bathroom is not so great, actually very dim at the mirrors. Which is odd. There is also no exhaust fan that I could locate in the bathroom which is also a negative for obvious reasons. The bathroom is stocked with towels and soap and shampoos so that's helpful.

The hotel is very cozy and has fabulous amenities. Every little thing was thought of to make our stay enjoyable! I especially loved all the university themed touches such as the wallpaper in the bathroom and the giant Jonathon in the lobby!!

Nothing - it was all wonderful!
