Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location, while far from the city centre, is only a short walk away from the Sacre Cour basilica and Montemarte district. There's also a metro station about 10 minutes walk away which will get you into the city (change of trains needed) WiFi is very fast. I'd certainly recommend staying here.

No Aircon, only a fan which in the warmer months struggles to keep the room cool. TV has no English channels but didn't mind that personally. Room was a bit small. Bit far if you want to be closer to the main sites along the River and Latin quarter.

The staff was very nice , everyone speaks English, so there was no problem with communication. Room was pretty small , but it was cozy and clean. Location is just perfect if you are a tourist like us and want to see Paris. There is a couple of subway stations 10 min away from the hotel , which makes it very comfortable to get to all the sights. Breakfast was great , tasty. In general everything was very nice and we were really happy with our visit. Thank you!

The room was absolutely clean, the bed was amazing comfortable, there is very hot water in the bath, it was important after a windy, cold day. The receptionists were nice and very helpful they were able to help with every request. The location is great, there are some near metro and bus stops.

The room is very little, there is not enough space to put your clothes in the little wardrobe.

the staff are just brilliant. any time ask them for directions, suggestions they were ever willing. there are a number of small cafes around the hotel that make it ideal for breakfast. would recommend that to any traveller. pack your walking shoes and this region needs to be explored on foot , most of the must see locations are around 15 minutes by walk. the metro station is again a short walk.

it is a small room ... you get a preview of that when you get into the lift (elevator).

The staff are so friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and tidy. Perfect for a short trip. The location was great as there’s a bus stop right at the corner that takes you into the city. The metro is also just a short walk down the road. There are also bakery’s, supermarkets and restaurants nearby.

The only thing I couldn’t get used to was giving my key back to reception every time I left during the day. I found it a little inconvenient as it made me feel like i couldn’t pop in to get something and leave again without interrupting someone at reception. I would have loved to have a keycard instead to keep with me.

I like the room clean and confortable. I like the breakfast specially the small chocholate cupcakes I like the stuff they are considerate Considering i woke up late between 9am to 10 no more breakfast serve but considering with a special price they let me go underground for breakfast

Well i woke up at 3 am iam freezing so i called the front desk to inform my concerned, one more thing the bathroom inperfect for when i took a bath water came out from the door sorry wasnt able to take a photo shot Breakfast special price little bit high even with consideration by stuff Thanks a lot

Excellent location in central Paris. Decent sized room and facilities. Staff on call 24 hours.

Wifi was ok but not very strong, it cut in and out on zoom calls. Key card didn't open the front door after hours - so had to buzz to be let in - and one time had to wait as someone was not at the desk.

It was,very good....my daughter and I had a comfortable stay, tks. It was clean, comfortable beds, not noisy from outside (streets) 😀... room a bit small, (for us ok), perhaps not for big guys.

Didn't have a katlle in the bedroom for tea 😞

Love the location, just far enough away from the touristy areas and close to a lot of great shops and restaurants.

Rooms are a tad small. There’s very little room to store luggage and the sink area is cramped. Wish the room had better lighting.

EVERYTHING was amazing... On entry the gentleman who greeted us was kind and welcoming, easy to talk to and we had no problem checking in, the room was beyond impressive, the shower was incredible, an rain shower or something like that, and the bathroom was beautiful, and extremely well equipped with different items to make your stay more pleasant. It's clear the staff pay a lot of attention and care for the residents. The staff were always so so lovely as well, every member of the team I saw were so welcoming and it was always a pleasure to see them. Thankyou so much to all the staff for making this a really enjoyable place to stay :)
