Book it, book it now! The location and the price are unbeatable. We had an apartment with three balconies (two private, one shared) all overlooking the sea. Just before the apartments is a beautiful restaurant - Thea - with steps leading down through the tiers of the restaurant to the sea. Ferma beach is set in a quiet bay. There are no beach bars or sun loungers and precious little shade given that it is south facing. The local area had a number of great braces and restaurants, particularly if you head east along the coast. Elena is great and was very accommodating of it later arrival.

The location is amazing. It's set back from the main road into Ierapetra but you can't hear it or even sense there is a road there. From the apartment down a few steps there is a lovely taverna which had new management from our last stay two years ago and the have really upped their game. Wonderful food and incredible sunset views fro the terrace.

The shower took a bit of getting used to - handheld only with nothing to hang it from, but we were in the sea every day so it soon became something we didn't care about anyway!

Our host was very kind and helpful, always available when needed. The apartment is clean, big, comfortable. The terrasse is very pleasant and the taverna downstairs has a stunning view over the sea.

The village itself is not as beautiful as others, but the apartment brings a nice touch and everything during our stay was perfect.

Elena is great. We recommend the beach - great for snorkeling. Nice apartments, fresh towels, kitchen equiped.

We called the number we were provided and Elena came to meet us. Easy and simple. Flat was spacious, bright and perfectly located. Beach just a few steps away (literally!)

Clean and quiet

It needs window covers because the sun gets into the room early in the morning and you have to wake up from 6:30

The beach is very close to the property (however reachable by steepy stairs). Very nice taverna just nearby. Very helpful owner as well as the bedmaker.

All was amazing : the flat, the surroundings, the sea view from our room (very romantic), the high kindness of the host. And moreover we have booked the very day for the night and we were very kindly welcomed by Elena herself. We would love to come back! We highly recommand this place !

All was perfect

Great place to stay, just a little walk from a beautiful beach. On the way to the beach there is also a hidden restaraunt which is a must!

Beautiful and very clean rooms, spectacular bedroom with terrace, quiet place, stairs to the remote beach which was absolutely amazing and hidden from many people and wind. It’s a place to relax and enjoy beach and but if you like to spend your evenings at town in restaurants you will need a car
