The room was spacious however we found an odd leftover ball of something under the nightstand which had not been cleaned. The room refresh was great and much appreciated. When we called down to the reception to request towels (as a family of 4 we were only given 2 sets of towels) no one ever responded so we waited until the next day. The wait staff in the evening was absent, we had to ask for our drinks and our food. The food was GREAT. The breakfast staff was amazing and attentive.

Room was clean and comfortable. Loved being right in the center of town. Thoroughly enjoyed sitting out on the front veranda and back garden having coffee and cocktails. Bartenders were great and extremely friendly

Rude and condescending front desk staff. In all my years of travel, never experienced anything like this. It was so bad, it was almost unbelievable. Completely ruined an otherwise enjoyable stay. We won't be coming back

The show across the street at the Avalon Theater was fantastic. Our room was well situated and had a nice view of the town. The breakfast buffet was good offering a wide selection of well prepared foods at a modest cost.

There happened to be a wedding booked at the same time as our stay and there weee no parking spots available and tmany people waiting to check in when we go there. The staff did their best but it was an unfortunate coincidence that I would have chosen to avoid had I known before hand.

Room , location, drinks at the bar… all great! we were given two free tickets to the film festival so that was a bonus! Receptionists were great. Room was beautiful and comfortable. We enjoyed it so much.

It was only a grab and go breakfast on Monday. No other restaurants were open nearby for breakfast so I would have loved if there had been a better option or if the hotel had full breakfast options.

The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The restaurant and bar were warm and the food and drinks were delicious. I enjoyed the atmosphere of an older building. We were expecting brunch on Sunday, but were greeted with a buffet instead. There was a nice selection of breakfast pastries, fruit and breakfast meats. The food was very good!

I did not sleep well in the bed. The mattress was a bit too firm for me. The room was a bit small. The shower was very compact. If I had been a 6 foot tall man weighing 200 lbs, the shower would have been a very tight squeeze for me. The heating and air conditioning cannot be adjusted in your room. It is set up on a universal system. Being on the 4th floor, the temperature was quite warm. Although I could not adjust the temperature myself, they did send up an engineer to see what could be done to adjust the temperature.

The setting and location in Easton were very good, right in the centre of town, with convenient access to shops, restaurants etc. The room and public areas were spacious and comfortable, including a lovely courtyard for sitting out. There was ample parking. Easton is a great place to stay for visiting the eastern shore of Chesapeake Bay.

This has been a lovely Inn for many years and continues to uphold its standards. Perfect location for walking in Easton and day trips out of Easton. Staff friendly, helpful and efficient. We also always appreciate it when a hotel provides bottles of water.

Renovations going on while we were there (March 2023) so a little noisy but not a big problem. I would have liked a mini refrigerator in the room.

It is a cute, character property with loads of charm. Friendly staff. We love the log fireplace in the lobby.

We stayed for 4 nights over Christmas. It would have been great to know in advance that the restaurant would be closed for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. We completely understand why but it would be helpful to know before and/or during check in so that we could make other plans, especially when we were in an unknown town without a car.

Location, common areas lovely, restaurant excellent…delicious lump crab cakes on outdoor patio with fireplace

Tiny, tiny bathroom…room for only 1 person at a time. Front desk personnel not at all friendly…a good sized group of cyclists checking in at once seemed to throw them off their game. $249/night on a Wednesday in October for a small room with a minuscule bathroom seems steep to me.

Location was excellent as we were here for a concert at the Avalon. Loved the fireplace and restaurant.

Thought the breakfast grab and go bag was complimentary. Also, accidentally opened the gummie bears and realized they were,$6
