The location was perfect! It’s close to the Vatican. Also the main termini and the airport is well connected. For reaching the airport, you can just take the SIT bus shuttle which has a bus stop just 5 mins from the stay. The staff lady was very friendly and polite. They had a very good coffee machine just outside near the reception. Overall I was very happy with the stay. I would definitely visit again if I’m in Rome!

The hotel is located on a busy street but the building itself is calm and quiet.

There was no hot water at all in the shower. But maybe it was only on the two days that I was staying or just my room. Other than this everything else is top notch. The mattress was really soft which I don't personally like. So that's just a personal preference.

The place was really clean and comfortable! And the staff (Giulia) was a great welcoming, helpful and kind host! Looking forward staying at her place again :)

The location was a little far from the main attractions BUT amazingly convenient with a bus stop that goes to the airport

Only as I’ve stayed there before getting into Rome, is as easy as walking out yr front door . 2 Buses just outside takes you to Centro and Cavour

Little things nothing major As I have stayed before But if hadn’t well different story No one there on arrival or departure Had coffee in room but no milk in fridge

The staff was very friendly and it is located really close to public transport both Bus and Metro

Everthing was nice just I was not shared the wi-fi password ( maybe because I didn’t ask them ). They can write it somewhere in the room

They clean the room on a daily basis and provide toiletries as well. The common kitchen are fully equipped. Room has a fridge which we can use for beverages and food. The double room comes with 3 beds, 1 double bed and 2 single beds.

They were not that responsive at first and during the stay there were time of the day that they are less reponsive. The double bed is just two single beds combined which is hard to manage if you are a couple.

I like the attention, very kind staff also the cleaning perfect. The location is very good. An excellent cost-benefit

Just a detail with the water in the shower, sometimes the potency is very poor.

Very clean and spacius rooms. The shared kitchen is also very nice. The coffee that the apartment offered is the best we tasted comparing to the coffee shops out there.The location has easy access on everything.Thank you.

It was a little far from most monuments but if you’re up for walking and taking the metro. It was awesome. Terrible parking
