Clean and the Breakfast was good.

We did not have any Hand Soap, Shower Gel or Kleenex. I called front desk to see if they would bring it to our room and she said I could come down and get it, because no one else was there to bring it to our room. Inconvenient, because I was going to shower and had to get redressed and go down. Housekeeping needs to check these things.

Accessibility and security. Well lighted parking lot and friendly staff. Great breakfast selection included.

I liked everything about the property. Easy to find, central to city center and excellent access to beaches.

Breakfast was ok. Location was good. Staff was super friendly! Room was very clean!

Elevator was a little quirky, not a big deal.

The staff Cassidy and Andi were great. Every time I had a question or need anything they were able to answer or provide the service. They were familiar with the area and made some good suggestions of things to do for my family and places to eat as well which were excellent..

I didn’t realize that booking through a third party would cost me to lose points. H

It was close to town and beach. Breakfast had lot of choices, but the hot breakfast needed improvement.

The pool area is not secure. When we went to use the pool and hot tub the gate was wide open. The pool is open to parking lot so any one off the street could use it including children from around the area. Looks like accident waiting to happen. Also, had to change rooms because shower door was broke and so was bathroom sink faucet.

The lady that worked 3:00-11:00 pm was awesome! She helped us so much with information and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. The man in the morning at 5:00 am was very helpful also, especially making sure I had my coffee.😻I didn’t interact with the lady in the daytime, but she was nice when we checked out!

The strange way the room was set up, with the TV where it was, table in middle of room, etc. The horrible syrup with breakfast! Get some good maple syrup and it would be so much better.

The bed was comfortable, the bathroom facilities were great, walk in shower & pull out storage. The A/C worked very well. The elevators were readily available - no waiting. Staff was friendly.

I wasn't impressed with the breakfast. The cheese omelettes were very blah - a fresher type of egg would be better. The sausage was good & the little sconces were tasty.

The breakfast was very good everything was hot and delicious. They have a great selection to choose from. I really enjoyed the mini waffles, I had the lemon batter so good! The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The pillows were not very comfortable and they were kind of small. Next time I will take my own pillow. My husband didn’t get to see the World Series the Internet was down that evening.

Everything is clean for the most part.

The ice machine on floor 2 has been broken for about 5 years now and they won’t get it fixed. Very inconvenient in the summer. Every year we go we are on the 2nd floor and every year the damn thing is broken. You would think with how over priced this hotel is that they would reinvest into the building and amenities. Just ridiculous at this point. Buy a new damn ice machine.

We continue to use this location for our vacations.

Our restroom shower was broken when we received our room. We did let the staff know, and it was fixed, but I'm not sure why housekeeping didn't bother to have it fixed before we entered the room.
