Loved the location. Lots of parking.

I was there for 5 days and the hot breakfast items never changed. Options were plain omelette, ham omelette, pork sausage, baked beans and potatoes. Most hotels I’ve said in will at least alternate between sausage and bacon. I know table syrup is much cheaper - but the flavour is nasty - for the price we pay, and the lack of options for hot food, at least provide real maple syrup. The elevator ding at each floor is very load and ear piercing, I know I’m being picky- but as a person with hearing issues, using the elevator was a nightmare.

Room was clean and was comfortable. Pillows were Awesome! Loved the cookies on welcome! Nice touch!!! Breakfast was great; could have been a bit hotter as potatoes and sausages were cold but was resolved with the microwave in the kitchen area. Better than a half a muffin and bad coffee like some places. Room was quiet and AC worked like a charm.

Two things, 1) the beep in the elevator was really loud and piercing, that could be turned down a bit, and 2) the fire alarm kept going off in our room as we were heading to bed so they quickly changed us to another room. A minor inconvenience for a good night sleep. Might have been a battery or some other issue but we did not have to listen to it chirping and going off all night long.

Staff is very friendly and welcoming at the front desk. The rooms are very clean and are a good size, a bit larger than average. The breakfast was decent and free cookies at the front desk when you check in! Shower was good and the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of food options nearby.

Price was a little high, but price seems to be generally inflated in the whole area. Was still one of the lower options in the Belleville/Brighton area.

I like how everything is clean and feels new, including the bathrooms. Rooms are comfortable and well spaced. Beds mattresses are perfect for my sleeping habits. The hotel is also located close to most restaurants and stores of the town. Staff are very friendly.

The doors to the room are hard to open and make a very booming sound when shut automatically. There's only one elevator which is really slow.

This hotel was surprising...it is set back a bit off the road way so when we drove in we were not sure what to expect. The hotel is stunning ..beautiful and clean ..the room was above standard ...very clean and comfortable. The pool was warm and clean and not cluttered. The pool towles were abundant and plush not scratchy and thin like most hotel pool towels...

I appreciated the friendly staff & cleanliness of the hotel. The room was lovely. Breakfast was very good. My husband & I have very little time together as I care for my elderly parents in Trenton & he works in Kemptville 6 days a wk. So we booked this hotel for our date night & we were both very happy with the accomodation. Thank you!

It is our second time in this hotel, and we strongly recommend it! Everything was very clean, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The rooms are comfortable, nicely decorated, and well-maintained. I also enjoyed the breakfast – it was fresh, varied, and a great way to start the day. Highly recommended!

Good clean rooms, convenient location, welcome coffee/tea

Mattresses were too soft for me, i had a pain in my back in thr morning. Paper dishes and plastic cultery was not inspiring at breakfast and so much waste after!!. I was surprised that it was not a proper dinnerware. Breakfast space is not enough for so many people.

Swimming pool was warm and clean. The room was big, comfortable and pleasant. Staff was friendly. There was candy in bowls at reception.

Ran out of cookies haha. Just joking. My daughter enjoyed a huge free cookie on arrival, but we never saw them again after rhat. Its OK- the cookie was so big that she couldn't even finish it.

Complementary EV charger and refreshments in the lobby were very nice. Location was excellent and hotel was quiet.

Breakfast was first not to include bacon i have seen anywhere. Pool was not clean but I've seen much worse. Likely due to pool showers not functioning. Handprints on wall above headboard was a little alarming. Shower wands would be appreciated over very basic shower heads.
