Room was clean, no mould in the bathroom which was fantastic (applauds to the cleaning staff!). Loved the fact they used hard surface flooring instead of carpet. Coffee maker in the room worked well. The room was quiet and we didn’t hear any noise in the morning when other travellers were leaving. For breakfast and in the lobby they had beverages available. The coffee was good and hot, and they had premium tea bags!

The comfort of the pillows was great, lots of selection with 6 on the bed, but they were square and smaller size, and I found this difficult for sleeping comfort. The hot Breakfast was a little underwhelming. Lots of other cold options though, and everything was fresh (yogurt, fresh fruit and cereal).

The hotel was conveniently located for our purposes. We were leaving cottage country and spent the afternoon wine tasting in Prince Edward County. This place is definitely basic. Basic room, basic breakfast, no frills. It served our purposes for a conveniently located, reasonably priced, decent breakfast, comfortable place to spend one night. Also the bonus is that it's across the street from the Rachel's butter tart outlet!

Location especially if driving a Tesla. Facilities were clean, the included breakfast was fine.

No elevator (2 stories), crowded breakfast room. The hotel made no effort to accommodate an earlier check-in for my 95 year old mother after calling the day earlier to request it.

Having coffee facilities on entry. Availability of a computer. Vending machine. Exercise room.

I really think that instructions should be left on how to use the TV. It was very frustrating. Couldn't watch it due to not being able to switch on the cable. It is nice to catch up on the news in the morning Breakfast hours could be extended.

It was a great hotel, very clean and met my expectations. The lady at the front desk and the staff wee very helpful and courteous. It was in a quiet area near the main highway. One of the better places I have stayed in for quite some time. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Rooms are very good, location is great.

Noise. You need to do something about guests slamming doors and loud conversations in the halls, it is the difference between pretty good and great. Any hotel that signs saying no ball hockey in the hallways has a noise problem. Please fix it!!

Breakfast was basic but perfectly adequate. Bed was very comfortable. Hotel was quiet and no noisy people talking loudly outside my room

TV was terrible. It was a wide screen TV but absolutely lousy signal feed so fuzzy pictures more like the quality you would get with low end motel in the 1980's. TV remote did not work well - you had to hold the remote at exactly the right angle near the TV to get any response. A serious let down on an otherwise good place to stay. Penny pinching evident on things like toilet paper and bathroom soap ... expect better for $155 per night.

Easy on and off the freeway. Location had a Starbucks! Staff was very helpful to have dinner down by the water.

Location was to get to a restaurant was harder than we thought!

The front desk staff where amazing at check in. She recommended an incredible reasturant for us, found a safe place to store our bikes and even called our rooms to make sure everything was as exspected.

Smell of cannabis in corridor and floors not very clean. No marmalade at breakfast and basic choices.
