It's where we've been staying for the past 2 summers when we go to Sandbanks. The past stays, breakfasts were just a bag of sandwiches and snacks and some juice boxes, probably since Covid. We weren't expecting much this time, even if the breakfast room was open but we were surprised. Small room but good selection.. first day we have sausage and egg english muffin with beans. The 2nd day we had scrambled eggs and bacon. You can also get hard boiled eggs, bread, yogurts, waffles, cereals. Staffs were efficient and refilling the stations and cleaning up quickly in the breakfast room which was appreciated. Coffee and water available at front desk anytime, they even had a few cookies available at some points which we did enjoy. Rooms are ok and good value for money. It's a little bit outdated but well maintained. I feel like just a new carpet would help with the decor but that's just a little detail. Good medium sized fridge in the room. Great location, many restaurants around and one of the cheapest stay everytime we look for a stay in the area. Oh and they allow dogs if I remember correctly and that's why we started coming here. Unfortunately, our dog passed away but we still enjoy the overall place even without our dog.

For the price point, there's not much to complain about. You can't be cheap and expect a 5 star hotel.

Hello, we had an excellent stay! The cleaning service was hospitable, and well done! The beds were great! Soft sheets and cozy. We had everything we needed! Plus since we did not know to not have cleaning done during our stay we came back from the wedding and everything was clean again!! Keep your staff, they are great. The breakfast room is a wonderful idea, we loved these young men who took care of us! And so much wonderful food! WE appreciated everything! Thank you :)

I guess only 2 things stand out. a) that we couldn't use the breakfast room for a few games in the evening if no one else was using it because it was another $50.00. as our rooms weren't really adequate for that as we didn't want to disturb other guests. b) It is hard to enjoy conversation with one person taking over in the breakfast room talking loud and across the whole room but that is not really your fault or job. :)

Breakfast was readily available. The bed was comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly , welcoming and polite. The facility is dated but it satisfies those who just need a clean and safe place to stay; not pay for amenities they do not intend/have time to use.

Breakfast is difficult because the price of everything keeps rising significantly. The stuff under the dome was not appetizing because it looks so different from what it is. Saw only one person with a flat egg. Waffles were a hit. Other carbs are O.K. Protein is definitely a challenge.

The cleanliness, the bed, the TV, the refrigerator, the comforts of my room, the attention of the staff and the breakfast.

1) The air conditioning makes noise. 2) The Internet is extremely slow and sometimes it didn't work: we couldn't connect, a message appeared saying: connected without Internet, that happened several times. I once wanted to print a 2-page document from the hotel computer and it took me 25 minutes while the computer opened my email page and showed me the document to print. 3) The toilet in the bathroom in the room did not have enough power to flush the water so you had to keep pressing the button and do it several times to make sure everything went away. 4)The light in the room was weak

At check-in we were offered a room on ground level to avoid having to use the stairs with my temporary rollator. It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast room was somewhat crowded as some guests stayed beyond the time to eat, The buffet was same/different on our 2 mornings but variety (including bacon, waffles, fresh fruit.) was appreciated.

The Inn was comfortable, clean and close to the highway. Also well priced. The breakfast was good.

We were on the second floor and there was no elevator. So carrying luggage up the stairs was not ideal.

Location was ideal, our room was imaculate.Staff were personable and ensured we were comfortable. They also ensured we were aware of all amenities.

We both found the bed was a bit lumpy.

I think when we have luggage it is difficult to climb stairs. They must make a plan for lift. And it makes sense to keep a common toilet on the main floor ..

I'm mobility challenged and use a walker - which makes it difficult to also manage a suitcase. I'm was impressed that staff jumped to help me open doors, move the suitcase and even carried it to my room. The room itself was beyond all expectation, a huge one bedroom with walkin shower capacity, very comfortable bed, free wifi, good a/c, etc etc. Excellent value for the money, right off the highway, next to Swiss Chalet, around the corner from Eggsquis, and not far at all from the Boathouse restaurant on the marina. Quiet, very clean... I highly recommend and will happily stay here again the next time I'm in Belleville.

The only SLIGHT issue is that the bed was a bit high (again, someone in a wheelchair might have had trouble transferring up onto the bed and as a short, mobility challenged person, I found it a bit difficult. So many motel/hotel beds are now made with massive mattresses and box springs that are fine for someone 5'9" or taller but a challenge for someone 5.0: with spinal or other mobility challenges. Would also be good to have a disabled parking spot and more accessible 'curb' at the side entrance closest to this wonderful room designed for persons with disabilities - would be much closer than the disabled spot across from the front entrance.

My bf forgot his phone at the hotel and the hotel gave us a call to let us know his phone was there.
