The staff is magnificent. So attentive from check in to check out. As an example we had a problem in the evening with the air conditioning in our room. The staff stepped right up immediately to provide a portable fantastic air conditioning fan.The problem was completely rectified. The following morning the hotel manager asked how about our room air conditioning issue. She must have heard about the problem overnight after her own work hours or first thing in the morning. This exemplified the excellent communication between staff and management. Great location! Wonderful restaurant!

the weather- a little cool at the time of our visit..

Front desk staff was very helpful an attentive. Complimentary robes and toiletries were lovely. We received a complimentary bottle of bubbly for our birthday celebration which was a really sweet touch. Room was very comfortable - the bed was VERY comfy. Lakefront location is lovely. We stayed in off-season so it was nice and quiet.

No mini fridge, which was disappointing. We also would have appreciated complimentary tea/coffee in the room like in most hotels. Can tell the property is older... the water pressure in the taps was quite low, there was a constant "running water" sound from the toilet, and the temperature knob in the shower fell off...

Loved the location. Very central to a lot we wanted to do in the county.

My only criticism were the doors. All seemed difficult to close fully and the one door leading to outside never seemed to fully lock. Other than that it was wonderful

Stunning property on the shores of Lake Ontario perfect setting for our daughters wedding. The staff did everything they could to make it a wonderful day

The staff and the service was really good, we had a few little things on the first night and everyone took take of finding solutions to our disappointment.

our original room was very loud, not due to the hotel but by the guests in the adjacent room. everyone on the premise gather to help fix the situation and make our stay memorable.

Wellington and the location are fantastic. Hotel itself is beautiful.

High price paid relative to rates available ‘day of’. Floor in room needed a very thorough vacuum (lots of hair). Otherwise great, and will be back.

The staff here are extremely genuine and the most accommodating. Our stay was so peaceful and that is thanks to the staff. I would like to specifically mention Shirine (I do not know how to spell her name). She was our bartender/server for the entire stay. She was absolutely amazing. Very friendly and kind. She helped us find activities to do. She made our stay that much better.

Thé location, restaurant and view on the lake are amazing.

Facilities, decor, location and lakeside view at the restaurant were lovely. The dining experience was great both for the setting and late serving compared to other restaurants. Overall service at the hotel and resto were excellent
