The restaurant with view on the lake is superb. Francis, the sommelier provided interesting cues as to what local wines would fit the best with our meal. On the following morning, the sunny day breakfast view was stunning.

The small room at the Motor Inn with the view on the parking is quite small, but still OK. It is a bit misleading to realize that there is 2 buildings when you look at the pictures on the web site and Trip Advisor. The price, for the time of year and the type of room is a bit high to my standards.

The staff is magnificent. So attentive from check in to check out. As an example we had a problem in the evening with the air conditioning in our room. The staff stepped right up immediately to provide a portable fantastic air conditioning fan.The problem was completely rectified. The following morning the hotel manager asked how about our room air conditioning issue. She must have heard about the problem overnight after her own work hours or first thing in the morning. This exemplified the excellent communication between staff and management. Great location! Wonderful restaurant!

the weather- a little cool at the time of our visit..

Front desk staff was very helpful an attentive. Complimentary robes and toiletries were lovely. We received a complimentary bottle of bubbly for our birthday celebration which was a really sweet touch. Room was very comfortable - the bed was VERY comfy. Lakefront location is lovely. We stayed in off-season so it was nice and quiet.

No mini fridge, which was disappointing. We also would have appreciated complimentary tea/coffee in the room like in most hotels. Can tell the property is older... the water pressure in the taps was quite low, there was a constant "running water" sound from the toilet, and the temperature knob in the shower fell off...

the hotel was clean kid friendly and staff were great! The location was nice the rooms were big at the Motor Inn.

The internet service in the area was not great! and we lost our internet at night when we were trying to watch a movie.

Staff overall weren’t the most hospitable. For the cost and hotel brand, there is definitely plenty more room to improve. Of course there were exceptions and a couple that felt that were going above.

Loved the location. Very central to a lot we wanted to do in the county.

My only criticism were the doors. All seemed difficult to close fully and the one door leading to outside never seemed to fully lock. Other than that it was wonderful

I found the bed to be extremely soft, hard to believe anyone would like it that soft. Woke up in a lot of pain which is not normal...

The staff and the service was really good, we had a few little things on the first night and everyone took take of finding solutions to our disappointment.

our original room was very loud, not due to the hotel but by the guests in the adjacent room. everyone on the premise gather to help fix the situation and make our stay memorable.

Wellington and the location are fantastic. Hotel itself is beautiful.

High price paid relative to rates available ‘day of’. Floor in room needed a very thorough vacuum (lots of hair). Otherwise great, and will be back.
