Loved the location. Lots of parking.

I was there for 5 days and the hot breakfast items never changed. Options were plain omelette, ham omelette, pork sausage, baked beans and potatoes. Most hotels I’ve said in will at least alternate between sausage and bacon. I know table syrup is much cheaper - but the flavour is nasty - for the price we pay, and the lack of options for hot food, at least provide real maple syrup. The elevator ding at each floor is very load and ear piercing, I know I’m being picky- but as a person with hearing issues, using the elevator was a nightmare.

Room was clean and was comfortable. Pillows were Awesome! Loved the cookies on welcome! Nice touch!!! Breakfast was great; could have been a bit hotter as potatoes and sausages were cold but was resolved with the microwave in the kitchen area. Better than a half a muffin and bad coffee like some places. Room was quiet and AC worked like a charm.

Two things, 1) the beep in the elevator was really loud and piercing, that could be turned down a bit, and 2) the fire alarm kept going off in our room as we were heading to bed so they quickly changed us to another room. A minor inconvenience for a good night sleep. Might have been a battery or some other issue but we did not have to listen to it chirping and going off all night long.

Complementary EV charger and refreshments in the lobby were very nice. Location was excellent and hotel was quiet.

Breakfast was first not to include bacon i have seen anywhere. Pool was not clean but I've seen much worse. Likely due to pool showers not functioning. Handprints on wall above headboard was a little alarming. Shower wands would be appreciated over very basic shower heads.

Nice large rooms with comfortable beds, clean sheets and towels. Air conditioning and wifi work well. Breakfast was good with waffles, eggs, bagels, yogurt, cereal. Coffee, tea and cookies are free all day. Pool looks clean but we didn't use.

It's a wooden building so is very loud if you have someone above you. Ask for a room on the top floor. They let us change rooms which made huge difference in our comfort.

The room was very comfortable, the pool was warm and fun. And the staff was amazing. And breakfast was decent

Not much to complain about but if I had to complain about something is that I am in belleville to work and I'm in construction. So I start at 6am which breakfast only starts at 6am so luckily I was able to change the start time for today so I could have breakfast . But it would be nicer if they started breakfast a little earlier

It was a short one night stay but my daughter and I loved the beds...had the best sleep ever. We didn't eat breakfast because we need to leave early.

The only thing that was bothersome was that there was no water available. The water was no name brand and $2.00/bottle for 500ml. We all know that it costs $4.00 for a case of 24 bottles. Insane! and it wasn't even cold.

Breakfast menu was limited. Weird meat. Coffee was better than expected, important to us. Staff were great. Internet was adequate.

Elevator floor ding noise was deafening. Too loud! Other items were mentioned to the front desk and written down. Room felt stuffy. Is there a fresh air supply? Window couldn't be opened.

Clean, breakfast stays up to 10h30am, looks recently built/renovated. Checkout at noon. Good wifi coverage. Parking has lots of spaces. Location is perfect.

Hotel sign not catchy (compared to holiday ins), missed it first time when driving there. Bed a bit firm on edges but it s ok and i slept very well. Could be good if tv was smart tv (there isnt much to watch on tv channels nowadays). There s no real issues in general. Some small improvments could make this hotel the best in town.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel! The facilities are modern and beautiful, always clean and well-maintained. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. The breakfast was good, with a good variety of options. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends.

Very clean and modern looking. Everything I am used to with the upper end hotels was there at this location. Also I was very happy with the breakfast offered as that is what a breakfast that isn't called a continental breakfast should be like. All in all very pleasant stay and I am sure I will stay there again if I am in the area. Thanks for a hassle free stay it was a place I would recommend and I'm sure the other group that joined me in staying there were as happy as I was or so they said anyway. Thanks again sincerely, Dan
