The rooms are clean and very functional, the breakfast is a step above the normal 'included' breakfast and there is a car charging facility in the parking lot. This is a big deal, rather than search around for a charger in a city you don't know its conveniently located in the parking lot of the hotel you are staying in... wow, very cool!

Not really a didn't like, but I didn't understand checking in advance and then doing all the same things when you arrived that you normally do (at least from my perspective).

The suite was very clean and spacious and the amenities were fully satisfactory for our needs. Everything was fresh and in new condition and the cleanliness of the room and facility was first rate. We chose this hotel because the Booking.com reviews were very high and we were not disappointed.

There was a brief delay due to our room not being ready at check-in, and we were transferred to another suite. That one also turned out not to be available as the air conditioning was stuck on 'warm' and not adjustable. When we brought that to their attention, we were moved to another suite, which was quite satisfactory.

After check out we found out that my 2 girls forgot their jackets, so I called the hotel and the staff confirmed finding them out and they cooperated with me when I asked them to mail them back to me after I offered to pay of the mail service 2. 1. the water of the swimming pool was too cold throughout the visit ( colder even than the water of the sandbanks beach water 2. We were staying for 2 nights so there was no room service ( not a big deal anyway)

I absolutely loved the queen suite, it was spacious, so comfortable, clean, and alot of closet space as well as a fully equipped kitchen. The room was very quiet, and breakfast was great! Staff were also so friendly! The shower was incredible as well, this was my first stay at a mariott and will definitely not be my last! We came with our 4 mo th old son and it was so great to be able to have him in the bedroom at his bedtime and still do our thing in the other room while he slept.

Very modern and new building, spacious, beautiful, lots of room in the corridors and dining area and lobby. Very large and well appointed room, came with essentially a full kitchen (full fridge, full stove, sink, dishes). Most enjoyable room I may have ever stayed in, large, high ceiling, lovely new furniture.

They have electric post to charge electric cars and they have electric lvl2 charger has well.funny enpught its next to a casino! They had a mini kitchen in our room! Batroom was verry clean.

The sofa in our room was dirty,the pool is rater small and crowded.

Excellent size room with good facilities. We used the on-site laundry so appreciated the iron and ironing board. The kitchenette had all we needed and the dishwasher was a surprise!

The location is some way from downtown Belleville but as (sadly) there's not a great deal to see or do there it wasn't really a problem.

The hotel was very clean and quiet at night. Close to the arena and restaurants The staff at the front desk, housekeeping and the lady working the buffet breakfast Sunday morning were all very friendly. The breakfast buffet was wonderful . An amazing variety of hot/cold items to choose from. The breakfast (which is included in your stay) was the best we’ve ever had.

Awesome hotel, with friendly people! Good breakfast. Amazing little kitchenette that was well set up. I was not checking but the pool and hot tub were open and available. The hotel offers coffee and tea 24 hours and a great stock of small things that the traveller may need at the front desk. Good bedding. Very comfortable dining table and chairs in the room. Awesome experience.

The barbecues stuffs need to be replaced soon. Or at least to have some maintenance to be according the hotel standards
