Clean and quiet. Breakfast was good but I felt the sausage was under cooked. The rooms were clean. I found the bed a bit to soft. Staff was friendly and pleasant check in was easy and smooth property was Bice and clean

The drinkers in the parking lot carrying on by a boat. Seems a bit secluded in the location . When I asked for a receipt at the desk for tax purposes they claimed booking.com provides that when in fact booking.com clearly states that is given by the property. The property sent a receipt sadly stating zero balance out. No receipt giving with a breakdown to show taxes and fees

We had a long drive the day we arrived, so we were very glad when we got in our very clean, cozy and comfortable room. The TV was the perfect size, situated nicely, and had a good selection of channels. The microwave and fridge were also very much appreciated! We arrived an hour before check in time, but had no problems checking in early. The staff were very friendly and the site had free parking!!!! Although we were close to the highway, we couldn't hear any traffic noise at all. It was a very quiet, peaceful room.

The only thing that was just ok was the breakfast. The coffee in the room was also not that good. Other than these minor things, it was a great stay and we would stay here again for a night.

The location was great close to my destination I've had better breakfast down in the states Hampton Inn But the one in Belleville wasn't bad, the people running the breakfast counter were exceptionally friendly

Nothing, People working there were very nice and friendly I would return to this location anytime, the only thing but wasn't a deal breaker was that we were in a Disability room which we didn't require but the accommodations were still exceptional.

Breakfast was good, with sufficient options. While I did not eat them, the waffles smelled wonderful; many people spoke highly of the make your own waffle station and were pleased with the topping options. The fitness center was great, with functional and modern equipment. The pool was a good size, we travelled for a tournament and the kids had a great time with the facilities. The staff were accommodating and kind to the kids.

There wasn't much that I didn't like, although the kids weren't fussed on the bathroom door; it was on a rail system, serving both as a door for the closet and the bathroom. It definitely saved space although it sacrificed a bit of privacy.

Loved the spacious accessible room and the breakfast buffet was excellent.

It’s not about not liking but more about improvement suggestions. In this type of room, you may want to consider a comfortable chair and not something on wheels as it may not be practical depending on the physical limitations. Toilet seat should also be higher.

Hotel is very clean, polite and friendly staff, rooms are super clean and beds are super comfy.

Could hear alot of banging and running around upstairs above us, also kind suited should have a tub not just a shower. The heater would work but then air would all of a sudden start up and it would get really cold fast.

We love the cleanliness of the hotel. It felt very new. The room was great and the bed was comfortable

I wish there were suits with a door in them. When we travel with our children and there is no door separating us we all have to go to bed at the youngest bedtime which is not ideal.

The location of the breakfast room in the hotel was fine. However, the breakfast itself left a lot to be desired. I suppose it was adequate, but certainly not terribly appealing. Not much choice, not much fruit and no bananas.

Other than the above everything was excellent.

Breakfast is great lots of options, hotel staff where friendly and great to all the kids from the broomball tournament

Only complaint I had was I asked them to clean the room daily, new sheets and what no and we only good out room cleaned 1 time. We where there for 4 days

It is a great place when you need to stay in Belleville. Staff is super friendly, everything is clean and safe and easy to access. Just what is needed for a quick stay in the city.

I prefer a firmer bed but that is personal preference. real lates and cutlery at breakfast would also be good, if only for the environmental aspect.
