The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was nice having a large fridge and microwave. The shower had plenty of water pressure and hot water. The location on the river is fabulous and I was able to kayak directly from the dock. I would have liked to take more advantage of the grounds, as they had nice places to sit, a fire pit and a pool. Maybe next time.

Like most motels, it had thin walls and sounds could be heard between rooms.

Friendly and attentive service from owners. The view was amazing along the river and the room was very clean. The bed was so comfortable; however the pillows were not to my liking; I usually bring my own to hotel rooms. It was quiet and I felt safe as an elderly woman travelling alone. The property well lit at night if returning to the room at night. I highly recommend this hotel.

Strong smell of fabric softener on bedding. Call ahead to advise of a sensitivity to strong chemical scents.

Very handy location to visit family just outside of Campbellford. Quiet and clean, bed was very comfortable. If we were staying longer, we would have made use of the full-sized bar fridge/freezer and microwave: great bonuses!

There was a bit of a gap under the door, so we could smell the cigarette smoke from someone smoking outside.

Surprised by the cost at first but it’s summer & high season for vacationers, heading into a weekend and Campbellford Fair had just opened across the street. But when I arrived I was very satisfied with everything. I’d stay there again but not in a high season.

The location was perfect by the river was a bonus. Unit was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Walkable to restaurants, recommended by the fellow checking us in. He was very friendly and informative.

This is a hidden gem with well-cared for rooms and friendly staff. I can't think of anything we didn't like about the location. I will definitely book again in the future and recommend it to anyone looking for accommodations in the Campbellford area.

The location was great. The view of the river was stunning, especially at sunset. The rooms were clean-you could smell they were recently cleaned when you walked in.

Bathroom was a bit outdated and the room was on the smaller side but these weren’t necessarily things we didn’t like persay.

The Inn was very clean and comfortable. The beds are memory foam and very comfy. The property was large and right on the river. There were picnic tables and a dock to sit out by the river. All the rooms had a river view so doesn't matter which room you get. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. I would recommend it to anyone if you're in the Campbellford area overnight. I will stay there again.

There was nothing I didn't like. Everything was fantastic! Great place to stay.

It looks like some improvements were made since our last stay a few years ago!

Bathtub was very slippery for a shower.

The beds were very comfortable. The room was clean and smelled really nice. The bathroom was fairly recently renovated. There are picnic tables down by the river to sit and watch the boats and geese go by.

The pool was ok. It should have steps to get into it instead of a ladder which is harder to do. There could be minor cosmetic changes outside.
