It was a first time staying there, all clean and all facility really good. The first day i stayed, my 2years old kid was so sick in high fever, so needed to go to Dr :( reception took care of all thing so well and quickly as they called Dr’s office and took a cap for us instead of is because we could not speak in Japanese. so we could get a treatment in a hospital properly, many thanks to all the staffs who cared us, and hope to meet them and stay soon again :)

Hope to have more restaurant

The beds are very comfortable and you can get a King which is nice because it is not common in Japan. The bathroom is spacious and has a shower and bathtub which is closed by a door so nothing gets wet outside of it. There is a separate section for the toilet away from the shower on the other side of the room which is nice so you don’t have to disturb your partner. The parking is conveniently located on the first floor. There is a 7-11 on the 1st floor as well which is open 24/7 which is nice. It’s located very close to the airport and central Naha. The amenities are great. For a 4 star hotel it’s very reasonably priced.

It’s not on the beach, which would have been nice but I didn’t book another hotel in time for that.

We had a lovely stay at Daiwa Roynet Hotel NAHA PREMIER. This trip marked our return to Okinawa after 10 years — we got married here — and the hotel made it extra special. As soon as we entered the room, my child spotted the cute towel swans on the bed and lit up with joy. It was such a sweet gesture that immediately lifted our spirits. The room was very clean and well-equipped — I especially loved that it came with a washing machine, which made things so much easier when traveling with kids. The staff were incredibly kind and always greeted our child with a warm smile. There’s also a parking tower with fast and efficient car retrieval, which was really convenient. And the location couldn’t be better — it’s central, walkable, and close to everything we needed. A thoughtful, family-friendly hotel that I would gladly return to on our next trip to Okinawa.

Brand new hotel. So everything was new and clean. I liked that the rooms have faux hardwood floors instead of carpet. Easier to keep clean and sanitary.

They are adhering to rules strictly. They charge 1000yen for early checkin or late checkout. Normal checkin is 2pm. I came to checkin at 1:30pm. Yep, they charged me 1000yen. Very rigid.

It is quite convenient as there is a big mall in front of the hotel. A couple of public car parks. It is a good hotel to stay if you do not drive.

Did not like that there is restriction when one parks their car at the hotel. They have parking hours, you cannot park late in the night or to take your car out earlier because there is no staff on duty to bring the car down. It is auto park, someone will guide us into the auto park and then make payment with the staff. It is quite expensive. Landed up we park at the public carpark opposite the hotel because we have an early flight to catch which is 0600 hrs. For this matter, it is not so convenient, if you have a car.

The hotel is brand new, offering a very comfortable stay. It’s conveniently accessible from Naha Airport via an express bus, with a 20-minute journey that drops you just a 2-minute walk from the hotel entrance. We used the same bus service for our return trip, the airport-bound bus stop located on the opposite side of the road. A major highlight is the hotel’s location, with a large mall right next door and the upscale DFS Mall just a few minutes away on foot. The fish market and the bustling tourist street, known for its wide variety of dining options, are also within a walkable distance of 15 to 20 minutes. One minor drawback is the transparent bathroom door, which might feel a bit awkward for families. However, a wooden door (without a lock) separates the bedroom and bathroom areas, providing some privacy. Overall, we would happily stay here again on our next visit to Naha!

The breakfast was good, but there weren't many options. The room was well-designed and beautiful, with a comfortable bed. Overall, the hotel is very new. Highly recommended!

The distant from the hotel to Kokusai-dori Shopping Street is quite far and takes a long time to walk, so I opted to take a taxi instead. The room we stayed in had noise from footsteps coming from the floor above until almost 1:00 AM when it finally stopped, indicating that the soundproofing from the upper floor is not very effective. Other than that, there’s nothing to complain about.

Position was only a ten minute walk from monorail to hotel. Had a room on the 13th floor over the street and in the distance you could just see the water. Bathroom was a wet area bath and shower in a room. Toilet was separate.. Bed was comfortable. There was a mall across the road which had everything you could want especially food for a meal. Hotel’s restaurant was good for breakfast and also for dinner. It also had a microwave to heat anything you got for a meal, this was handy

Excellent location. Close to central Naha but not right in the midst of the traffic jams. Room is good size. Very clean, comfortable, modern. Breakfast was very good. Staff were helpful, despite language. Near to Naha Main Place shopping centre. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Not too touristy.

Could smell the smoke in the corridor. Should ban smoking on all floors in this day and age. Or else assign guests who don’t smoke to non-smoking floor. Thankfully smell in the room was ok.

Nice and quiet place to stay. Just next to DFS mall, benefit for shoppers. We chose not to clean our room during the stay, but hotel will also put a set of daily utilities outside your room in case you need any replacement.

Just one thing not reasonable is on the parking fee. First of all it said you can park with a reasonable fee during your stay, however the parking lot is closed at 11pm to 7am next day. Which is not user friendly since we usually return to hotel late. We found the NPC self-parking which is opposite to the hotel only is cheaper than the hotel one so we parked overnight at there during our trip.
