The hotel has an excellent location very close to Entebbe airport and near two malls as well as the Botanical Gardens. Our room had a wonderful terrace with a view of Lake Victoria. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel shuttle was punctual and the driver charming and a great help to get in and out of the airport quickly. There is a wonderful terrasse on top of the building with great views and the restaurants serves the most amazing curries. We can't wait to go back!

We would have preferred a walk-in shower instead of the luxurious large bath tub and perhaps more space to put our toiletteries. Also a larger double sink would have been nice.

location was amazing! For all we were in doing in Entebbe, the location couldn’t get much better. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. The bathtub! wow!

when we first arrived, they did not have the rooms I requested and and confirmed 3 times. They wanted to give us smaller rooms for the same price. not what I wanted after a 12 hour drive. but after 1 hour talking and about to leave, they upgraded us. The rooms and balcony get many bugs but that comes with the location. I killed some spiders and other small insects then my kids room had ants among other small bugs. The pool always had many people in it as they teach kids to swim everyday. so prepare to get wet by kids.

Extremely friendly and dedicated staff. Clean and well organized rooms and spaces. Relatively calm surroundings. Restaurant and bar working late. Walking distance to shops of different kind and a Mall.

Limited choice for breakfast. WiFi separated in different areas, not always possible to join and gain access.

The location of the hotel is perfect, the staff from the cleaners, waiters, to the receptionists are very friendly and proffessional with what they do. Food menu is a big plus too and i could sit anywhere to eat.

The constant noisy police cars that kept passing by...because of the location of the hotel, you can hear almost everything on the road.

The quality of service - exceptional! One of the employees, Elijah, was so welcoming and helpful. He came out of his way to make sure I enjoy my breakfast and try new dishes that I was interested in. I felt special fr. Thank you!

The place is perfect. Will go there again in October.

Please pick me up from the airport. The pick up was missed but the place and the people are still great. It would be more perfect if the pick up shuttle is dependable.
