The rooms was very clean, spacious , good for a family of 4.We found new washed bedsheet on each room.For us is comfortable .The kitchen is good , basic utensils are there, if they can put an orange squeezer would be perfect , I love orange juice for breakfast , there is a fridge , dishwasher and closet. The location is very nice it is so close to Bergheim village timbered houses . the staff are helpful 👍 parking is good.

It was at a great location, close to everything, nice view and spacious.

That I have to trow my own trash away, I had to throw the clean sheets away. And the sofa bed was annoying.

Good for a couple nights for the price. Good location. Kitchen equipped suitably for a small meal.

No soap (bathroom or kitchen). Toilet room has no sink and no vent.

The size of the room is perfect for a couple or 2 persons. The location is good and the parking is convenient.

We could not get Internet access during our stay and even our own mobile connection was lost, so that we couldn't have internet at all.

Unclean, smelly rooms and location unfortunately with traffic from morning to late evening so we cannot enjoy our balcony or sleep with open windows

Reception was closed some hours of day- couldn’t enter. Reception speak very limited English

The toilet was broken after the first night there. The staff said that we had to stay with the broken toilet without the cover, as the photo, for the other two nights... Because all rooms were booked out, they could not change the room. And of course no refundable... It was the worst residence place in my life.

Location is nice

We arrived at the hotel and we found out that there was no hand soap or shampoo and no towels. I called and the director brought me the towels ( charged 10€/set on top). Then when I asked about any hand soap she told me that they do not provide. I explained her that even restaurants or bars or the worst night club tmust have at least some hand soap or provide a small soap bar when they have toilet in their premises. She replied that they do not provide and the only option is for her to search leftovers of previous customers. I explained her that this is honestly a disappointment and that I have brought my own shampoo but it is not a hand soap the she replied with full irony that I can use my shampoo to wash my hands. I restated that it is not acceptable for a hotel to operate like this and even in Airbnb you can find some soap. Then the director replied, "we are not a hotel, we are a residence". I am wondering how is it possible for a residence to have a reception and more that 30 apartments. Nevertheless, I asked her to pay immediately for the stay and the towels but she reassured me that I can pay the next day. But the next day at 9.45am they found it appropriate to knock my door while I was asleep, disturb me and wake me up just to tell me that I should go in the reception to pay. We found a complete uncovered mattress and uncovered pillows that we had to do ourselves and place protectors. The wardrobe was uncovered on the wall side so all the blankets were touching the wall and some were also on the wardrobe's floor which was the actual room floor without any cover. To make our stay even more unpleasant, when we arrived we received our key with a total of 4 pages of instructions. Among others, we had to place the mattress and pillow covers on a laundry basket at the reception, we had to turn off the fridge throw the garbage and we had to sweep the floor with a vacuum cleaner provided.

Our stay at this hotel was wonderful. The room was very spacious, clean, and fully equipped — including a well-stocked kitchen and a nice shower area. It was perfect for our family of five; we had everything we needed to feel at home. What really stood out was the hospitality. The front desk staff were excellent — check-in was smooth and efficient, and we were greeted with warm smiles that made us feel truly welcome. At checkout, we asked if we could take a photo as a memory, and they kindly and happily agreed.

We had been looking forward to using the hotel pool as one of the highlights of our stay, but unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing — in fact, it was the most unpleasant interaction I've ever had in such a setting. The issue arose when we entered the pool wearing regular swimwear — perfectly normal, commonly available swimsuits. However, the pool attendant insisted we leave immediately, claiming our swimsuits were not "competitive" style. What made the situation truly upsetting was how this was communicated. There was no polite explanation or proper guidance — we were simply pointed toward the exit and told to get out in a very dismissive and unfriendly manner. Prior to our arrival, several families had been using the pool in similar swimwear without any issues, possibly because no staff were present at the time. If competitive swimwear is a strict requirement, it should be clearly and prominently communicated beforehand, not enforced in such an abrupt and disrespectful way. We had chosen this hotel in part because of the pool, so this experience was a major letdown. Apart from this incident, the hotel has many good qualities — but the pool attendant’s lack of basic courtesy seriously affected our overall impression. I sincerely hope that the staff receive training in guest communication and professionalism moving forward.
