Very kind staff and confortable bed. Good location if you are driving. There were free fresh driped - coffee and herb teas also one free light meal -frozen you can heat up withmicrowave in the room

There is a large screen TV is set at just above the table, it was inconbinient when you want watch while eating.

The location had a grocery store and dollar type store across the road from it. A short 5-7 minute to a curry place and a 10 minute walk to a Korean restaurant. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were spacious enough and incredibly clean facilities.

Nothing, I didn't find anything that wasn't good. It surpassed my expectations.

The location is 40min drive from Karuizawa. The toll is about 570yen everytime you travel there.
