We arranged a free shuttle from Matsuida st. to the hotel. The staff was great and even though our Japanese was/is very limited they were able to help us. The room had beautiful view overlooking the golf fields and the mountains. Dinner and breakfast were perfect. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel and we would highly recommend it.

Location for what we needed. The breakfast and dinner included was exceptional, having the options at dinner with drinks included was a bonus. Parking included was great.

The scenery was perfect, full of green. The room was very spacious. We loved Free Onsen too. Breakfast and dinner was satisfying.

Facilities are old in overall but not uncomfortable.

The view of the hotel room was very good and the size of the room was better than most hotel in Japan. The Dinner offer quite good choices of foods and the free alcoholic drink for sure is great feature of this hotel.

Similar to other Japanese hotels from 80th., all furnitures and set up of the room were totally outdated with poor house keeping especially the odorous Shower Toilet reflecting it has been serving many customers for years.

We really liked the dome tents and glamping offered. It was all that was shown in the photos, but we discovered there are just a few dome tents associated with a big high rise hotel associated with a golf course. We thought we had booked a dome tent but had actually booked a hotel room (our mistake, but it was unclear there was even a hotel associated). We were there on Friday and Saturday nights and there was a big premium in the price for those days. The facilities were ok, the onsen was a bit basic and our deal included a buffet dinner that was plentiful with quite a bit of variety. We were, however, disappointed because it was not what we expected. The glamping area included about 8 dome tents as well as a couple airstream caravan trailers. We ended up in one of the latter the first night, so we got a bit of a taste of the glamping (beautiful outdoor deck with sweeping views, campfire) but the airstream trailers were very small and didn't offer anything like the views in the dome tents. The staff gave us an upgraded western room in the hotel the second night that was spacious and had great views but the beds were not very comfortable. Full marks to the staff for trying to look after us, but all in all not what we expected and we paid a lot for what we got.
