Room was very clean and while the furniture wasn't outdated, much of the building itself is. The doors to the rooms could certainly use an upgrade. However, for the price, it was definitely worth it, even to the point where I'd stay again. There is a free breakfast, which wasn't super great, but for being free, you can't ask for much more (maybe some fruit and yogurt?). Even though I was by myself, I felt safe the whole time and was comfortable with the overall experience.

The bathtub in my bathroom needed to be redone. The paint on the inside of the tub was peeling and I was definitely grossed out by the cloth shower curtain. I did have one light in my room that didn't work, and another that looked rusted over pretty bad. Other than that, everything else was excellent. Bed and pillows were extra clean and comfortable.

Very kind and helpful staff who worked so hard to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel rooms are furnished to a high standard and exceptionally comfortable and clean. The free breakfast had a large choice and was great quality. Great location with easy connections to major routes. Lots of restaurants and shops within a 5 minute drive

We needed to use a safe deposit box but the in room safe was locked and could not be opened. The rooms were not soundproofed so we had noise from next door.. People walked past ground floor rooms and could see in if the shutters were not fully closed do an upper room would have been preferred

The room was clean and a nice size with 2 very comfortable double size beds. The pool looked very nice, but we arrives too late to swim and we had an early am flight, so we didn’t have time to use the pool unfortunately. The staff is very friendly and nice and accommodating. I was pleasantly surprised that breakfast begins at 6 am, so I was about to get a cup of coffee and some toast before our flight. The hotel is about 5 miles from the airport and 7 miles from downtown Vero Beach.

The only issue was the internet was spotty and the tv would pause for a few seconds and start again.

Breakfast is excellent! Always plenty eat even if you get there 15 mins before breakfast ends. All of the staff is pleasant and helpful. The property is kept pretty with flowers and the grass looks nice. The pool is clean. Plenty of parking.

I wish they changed the bedclothes more than once every 7 days. I thought that last year it was every 3 days, which seemed more reasonable. This is just my opinion and wouldn’t deter us from continuing to stay here.

It was a nice place, located right off 95, clean, nice rooms. The price was fair and very good for a place with a nice pool, laundry facilities, and a hot breakfast. The bathroom was clean but a little outdated, not an issue for a quick overnight place to rest. Breakfast was good but a bit messy, definitely not a clean as you go situation, but good coffee and a decent selection. I'd stay again.

My husband and I liked Luna, who is one of the night clerks who checked us in. Luna realized how exhausted my husband was and how extremely ill I was. She told my husband "Lets get you two in a room right away." We appreciated Lunas' quick check-in in order for us to get some much needed rest. We chose this hotel for its pet friendly option, but my husband and I stayed because of the staff who showed us kindness and compassion! Vero Beach Inns and Suites was there when we needed them. Thank you for hiring such a wonderful person like Luna.

If I had to say, probably the dryer that was out of order on the lower level. Also, the WiFi, it would be terrible at times and great other times. Maybe their carrier could adjust that. Overall, very comfortable, we would definitely recommend this home away from home.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable and the pool and lounging areas are wonderful!

One of the overnight front desk employees gave me a hard time about bringing my handicapped boyfriend's pet to stay with us after the front desk employee that checked me in said it was no problem bringing his pet. It is his service dog so we had to show proof of that to her to be able to bring him. She was not very nice, friendly or helpful at all considering my boyfriend is handicapped in a wheel chair.

Easy to get to from I 95 and plenty of parking.

Ice machine was not working and no vending machines on our floor. I was really upset that they didn’t have a room on the ground floor as I requested when I reserved the room. I would not have made the reservation if I had been informed as I had a medical condition prior and had a difficult time climbing the stairs.

Nicholas at the front desk was very kind and made excellent suggestions for local seafood. The breakfast was very good and the young lady that worked the breakfast bar today was awesome. The room was very clean and we will definitely be back!

The only small detail was the shower curtain had a large tear in it. I would have given a 10 for all else.

Almost Everything!! Beautiful facility throughout. The people that worked there were very nice. The value, daily breakfast, bar food, and level of comfort are all worth bragging about. Definitely coming back. We got the pool view such a nice view!

I noticed the vent in the bathroom was covered with a build-up of lint. The first night, there was a massive roach that I killed and flushed down the toilet. Despite signs everywhere saying it was a smoke-free facility. When you first walked into the room, the smell of cigarettes hit you hard. After running the AC for the day, the smell wasn't neatly as bad though.
