They property was very clean and nice.

I had a bad experience with a gentleman at the front desk when I first arrived. I was not aware that the property did not take Chime cards. The gentleman was very rude and told me he could cancel my reservation without offering me more options. I was from out of town. He made me feel like he didn’t care.

I was in Dallas to attend a concert at American Airline Center in downtown Dallas. The hotel was away from downtown but easily accessible by DART Orange line and Green line. The shuttle drivers even dropped me off and picked me up at the nearest Burbank station. Perfect services for a solo traveler like me. Thank you!

On the other hand, during busy am check out time and pm check in time, the shuttles only run once an hour. If you arrive in between hours, you might have to wait at the Dallas Love Field airport for a while to be picked up. I waited 40minutes.

Beautiful, clean hotel with a relaxing smell & friendly,courteous staff. The Cresent Bar restaurant was a plus because we didn't have to go looking for somewhere to have dinner. The food was good. The armosphere was inviting. There were tv's, so we got to watch the game while enjoying dinner. The room was nice size with comfortable beds & pillows.It's close to Love Field Airport and had free shuttle service to & from. We took advantage of the Park & Fly option & felt comfortable leaving our vehicle because there was onsite security.

The look of the area surrounding hotel.I was skeptical about staying there, but when I walked into hotel all anxiety was eased.

it smells great when you walk in. the staff was friendly. the rooms were very clean and up to date. I always clean my own rooms again once i get there and they had actually cleaned it VERY well.

the elevator makes a creepy noise like it’s going to stop, so I used the stairs the majority of the time. but to be fair my family used the elevator and nothing happened. i guess just the sound

Recently remodeled and updated hotel with a sizable rooms and comfortable bed, pool area with BBQ grill and multiple cabanas, super friendly and outgoing staff (from front desk to housekeeping).

The hotel's location, while near where I wanted to be, is in a business park and industrial zone that is mostly vacant during the weekend. This was OK for my needs, but not ideal if you're looking for food and entertainment close by.

Clean and tidy. Most of the personnel were friendly and kind.

There was no ice machine on the first floor. The reception lady was not very helpful when giving directions on how to find the ice machine on the 2nd floor. It was at the end of the long hallway and she did not mention that or cared to explain how to find it. Other than that the place was wonderful!

Excellent service. Clean rooms, and efficient shuttle service to the airport. Great location and will certainly stay there again. The young lady at the front desk was nice and courteous.

Most everything was great but the walls are a bit thin and sound from an adjacent can easily passes through. Luckily my neighbors were quiet.

I loved that the entrance was not complicated or over jammed with traffic. Especially the cleanliness of the room. And I forgot to pack a hairbrush, and I called the front desk to see if they had a hair comb and to my surprise, they did!

I did not like that I could not see through the windows when I wanted to look out and enjoy my view because the windows were dirty. My guess is pollen. Idk.

Refrigerator, microwave, USB ports near both sides of the King sized bed. Bedside tables on both sides of the bed. Shower with a glass sliding door. Desk with desk chair. Plenty of towels. Chair with a reading lamp. Hair dryer. Large flat screen TV. Large room. Plenty of parking. 2 Elevators.

The room was the furthest from the front of the hotel. Room 257.

Excellent facilities and staff! Great value and the entire staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Went out of their way to help us! The GM and his Assistant were friendly and willing to do anything to make us comfortable.

Flood lights illuminated the whole side of the building where the pool is located and made our beautiful room almost like daylight all night which we are not used to.
