The proximity to food,beach and ammusements was great. The hotel is clean, the pool was small but clean and pool towels was available.

I was there 5 days 4 nights and my 2 rooms was not cleaned. Had to keep requesting clean towels, the bed was a brick, the AC is horible at night. When front desk was asked about room cleaning on day 3, they said it had to be requested, this was not said at checkin. When told to put the rooms on the list to be cleaned they came at 10pm. Service was refused BC babies was asleep, and they did not come back the next day. Breakfast was inconsistant for a 5 day stay, the ladies preparing the limited breakfast was the only friendly staff.

Decent water pressure for 3 rd floor Hot water took a bit longer to warm up sometimes. Adequate parking Cleanliness 8/10 pink fungus in bathroom Ac works well 98% of the time. Sometimes it would be warmer than usual for the setting. Shampoo and conditioner etc make hair soft and smelt great. The nightly rate was affordable Small refrigerator but kept drinks very cold. Hotel coffee was delicious Scrambled eggs were delicious Bacon was good. Sausage was good. Ketchup and hot sauce was available. Fresh bananas and apples were available. Apple juice was good.

Towels 7/10. Not very soft. Noisy beds Creaked every time I got up or get in the bed. Beds were not firm enough Pillows were too soft. No tissues in bathroom. I had to ask for more. Half roll toilet paper in bathroom. I had to ask for more. Scarf marks on wall next to bed No microwave Charging my card 8 hrs before arrival I Water pressure 7/10 Shampoo conditioner lotion dispenser Ks were hard to squeeze for me. Breakfast was redundant except for one day we had different eggs. Would be nice to have hash rounds or gravy. Toilet was not fully attached to floor and clunked every time I got off from it. No light at road so you have to turn right onto roadway.

The breakfast was good and I love the location is close to different beaches. The staff are very friendly and warm. They responded quickly to any issues I experienced and met my needs.

If they had at least two pancake making machines because there was always a line of clients waiting on each other every morning. I wish they had at least a microwave in every room or one placed next to the ice cubes making vendor machine in every floor. So at least the client don't have to go all the way back to the dining area on ground floor. This will be more convenient especially for mothers with babies and senior citizens.

I like the building and the Hispanic guy at the front desk he was very nice to me and my wife. But what I didn’t like was how the cleaning staff at the building came into our room after we left and stole our Netflix account instead of logging out like every other hotel will do. They logged into our Netflix account, changed all the account and placed passwords on all the account so we couldn’t access it which is really weird??? We fighting with Netflix to prove that it’s us and I took screen shots of everything. They even change the name on the account to a dumb name called “Memi” so Memi stole our account and used it for her own personal use and wouldn’t let us log into Netflix until we called and complained and proved it was us….

Clean Hotel. Kid friendly tons of things for the kiddos to do. They have a beautiful lobby that offers pool tables and board games and an outdoor heated pool with tons of sitting area thats covered. We traveled for softball and had to extend our stay so we booked at TRU and we were not disappointed. The hot free breakfast was probably one of the best I have saw provided at a hotel. The room and bathroom was clean if I had any complaints it would be that the room itself doesn't offer a microwave but there is one in the lobby, and the lobby has cool sitting areas for the kids to enjoy themselves.

No microwave in the room but with there being one in the lobby I can't complain. It was a great stay.

There were plenty of options for breakfast, and I love their automated pancake machine and the yogurt dispenser. I like all the different seating options too scattered around the lobby, whether you want a traditional table and chair or a comfy couch.

I like having a pool table available in the lobby--and notice each time I stay here that it gets used quite a bit--but if I'm wanting to get some computer work done or writing, the noise is distracting. One other thing that would be much better would be to have a small coffee maker in the guest rooms instead of having to come all the way down to the lobby in the mornings to get it. This is especially unhandy for folks who are older, with mobility issues, or who have recently had a stroke and don't get around too easily.

I liked that it was conveniently located. The hotel is super minimalist. The room was super comfortable. The room wasn't dark, however, but the light coming in was a bit of a problem when I went to sleep, as the blinds didn't completely block out the street light. The staff was friendly, and breakfast was good. I could definitely go back again, without forgetting my eye mask. Overall, it was great.

The entire place was clean, it was fairly quiet, and the staff were very friendly and courteous.

All the trash cans always seemed to be full. Even at breakfast at 7:00 in the morning, the main trash can in the eatery area was nearly overflowing which was a bit gross and off putting. Also, the walls are pretty thin; I heard a mom and her kid arguing about him taking a bath. But everything else was great

Staff and gym were great! Stacey was sweet and very friendly. Hotel was very clean and the breakfast was just enough. I like that you have selections for purchased at the front desk for emergency or late night snack.

For a 2 night stay, someone could have at least emptied the garbage and replaced some towels. Check the hand soap, make sure it has soap and leave toilet paper behind.

The hotel was very clean. Self check in and out as a Hilton member on the app was very helpful and user friendly! The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. The beach was close to the hotel and plenty of shopping and restaurants near the hotel.

Overall we was very pleased with the hotel.
