The hotel boasts excellent facilities, including a beautiful pool and a charming restaurant. Breakfast was exceptional, with a wide selection to suit every taste. The traditional pies were a highlight—absolutely delicious and the perfect way to start the day with a smile and a satisfied appetite. The staff were warm, polite, and attentive, from the ladies serving breakfast to the housekeeping team, making our stay truly memorable.

The owner, while attentive and eager to meet guests’ needs, could sometimes come across as a bit too direct for a hospitality professional. Although he is clearly doing his best to provide good service, his communication style can occasionally feel a little abrupt.

We had a wonderful experience during our stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. The room was spotless and very comfortable — exactly as shown in the photos. The location was perfect — close to the beautiful Karavostasi beach. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere in the hotel. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. What truly made this experience stand out was the kindness and support from the owner. We had a health issue during our stay due to a stomach virus, and the owner went above and beyond to help us find medical assistance quickly. We are so grateful for the care and genuine concern shown — it made all the difference and truly speaks to the level of hospitality here. Thank you again for everything. We would definitely return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for not just a nice hotel, but a place where guests are genuinely cared for.

Everything was perfect and we really couldn't ask more for our outstanding holiday! We feel like good friends with the owner family and very glad to come back every year whenever it's possible. This hotel is a wonderful mix of typical greek hospitality and good confort for sea-loving guests. The Epirus region is fantastic with marvelous secret crystal-clean beaches and nice cities with a pretty good night life, but quite and not so busy. The smiling and efficient staff members of the hotel are happy to take care of you in case of need. The pool is very very nice. But I would also recommend the "to Perivoli" taverna that serves a great variety of excellent local traditional dishes, always fresh and tasty. It really lacks nothing for a perfect greek holiday stay!

Pro -lovely location , secluded ,perfect for a quiet vacation ,but walking around the beach (100m ) you will find restaurants ,markets , karavostasi beach is a wide beach , yet not so crowded ,making it perfect -the staff is wonderfull , always with a smile on their face ready to help you , making your accomodation more pleasant -the food : very good breakfast , and whatever you order at lunch or dinner will be exquisite -rooms are big , clean , with all you need (tv , a.c ) wifi ) I Highly recommend the hotel and area , will definitely return

The hotel is very close to a lovely beach. The pool was well designed and usually quite peaceful. There was a wide selection of foods at breakfast and staff were very helpful.

Coffee could be improved. Always disappointing to find poor orange juice from a carton in a country where oranges grow in profusion. The beach is small pebble and the sea shelved quickly on entry - not really suitable for young children or older people.

everything was perfect! great and very friendly staff. good restaurant on site. room was big, clean, nicely furnished, private parking, in walking distance to beach. kids loved the pool. area itself was not crowded/no masses so it was very "tranquil" experience in general.

pool (swimming) can be a bit chaotic (it seem that locals are regular visitors) greenery (e.g. nearby hills, trees, bushes etc.) were infested with spiders (never seen so many of them); of course that has nothing to do with hotel itself :)

Everything was perfect. Beautiful and clean apartment. Amazing hosts :) Perfect apartment for families, spacious, great, and comfortable, very quiet and relaxing with amazing balcony for great start of the morning. The best host ever seen with great communication, very friendly. Every recommendation and looking forward to come back.

It’s a family oriented resort, so it was perfect for us since we have two small kids. It’s extremely clean, and the staff are so nice and very flexible.

Breakfast was a nice buffet with lots of choices. Taverna was good, on site. The great beach was only a few mins walk and some chairs were available for guests. Room had a nice balcony Shaded parking usually available. Owners were very friendly and hotel was child-friendly in general. Enjoyed the music evening organized.
