Hotel Ornela was truly one of the best in the area. The staff was excellent, always attentive and caring—from the service to the outdoor environment. The pools were very well maintained; I could see they were cleaned and chlorinated regularly, which gave us peace of mind. The lady of service was very polite and helpful with anything we needed. The kitchen staff was also fantastic—they kindly accommodated our baby’s food according to our preferences, which we really appreciated. A special thanks to everyone, especially Aleks, who was extremely kind and welcoming from the very first day until the end of our stay. We also thank the owner Ornela Highly recommended!

The only thing I didn’t like was that some areas could use a bit of renovation to match the overall quality of the service.

Gorgeous! Fabulous location, lovely view, just a few minutes drive into town, you can walk, but it is dark and steep at times. Each cluster of rooms have a dedicated pool or just a minute walk to the resort’s beach. The beautiful sandy beach is sheltered with dedicated chaises and umbrellas. The tasteful rooms are specious with ample closet space and nice balconies or garden space. Breakfast had so many choices - cereals, eggs, meats, cheeses, fruits, marmalades, yogurt and I know I’m forgetting things! The evenings are blissful - so quiet!

If you are a couple, be prepared for families with young children 😁

Nice location with a small private beach and close to Bella Vraka beach. Good parking. Each building has own small pool, which means you share it with at least 3 other rooms, but it is a great solution when you just want to cool down a bit.

The triple room we had was bit small and the inside furniture was a bit old and not in one style. The beach bar is a good idea, but when it is operated by only 1 staff member you will have to wait more than you expected for your cold drink. If you want to go for a walk to the town center and the port you will have to walk 15 min up and down the hills with the cars just next to you.

Second timenstaying and wow, such an amazing gem in an amazing location. Ornella at the reception was very helpful and an amazing host, was also nice to see the very friendly and always smiling Angeliki again here and she gave us an excellentrecommendation for an island cruise! Alexandros from the team was very helpful with everything we needed and the lovely and friendly maids from the Housekeeping team always greeted us with a smile and kept our room spotless. Breakfast buffet was always full and everything was well cooked.

Our experience with the beach bar staff was mixed, a very young girl scrambling to take orders and a very upset man that couldn't hold his disdain for other customers even while bringing the order on our table he turned to the young waitress to check if "the fat lady from the other table" paid or not.

Not too much but while I am booking the room pictures mislead me I thought there is kitchen in every room but we do not have kitchen

this is an outstanding hotel. the sea view is awesome. breakfast was very nice and rich. the stuff very polite and they keep very perfectly clean the external area, the pools and the gardens. the small beach is lovely and the whole area help you relax for early october at least, since there were not kids in the hotel. definitely will go again.

lots of loud noises from next or above/below rooms like furniture moving, tv s, people voices as they were talking not loudly. not soundproof at all. the blue way heading to the beach looks strange. maybe another color would look better.

Great stuff, very friendly, specially the lady who was always there for us. We arrived wuite early and she welcomed us with the breakfast, beach towels and our room was ready earlier. Facilities are quie goid, beach is beautifull.

Very small closet and room for family of 4.

Location, swimming pools right in front of the room, we could actually jump from the room at ground floor right into the pool. Beach is great too.

For a 4 star hotel, updates to contruction could have been done to better match the rest (eg : unmatching outdoor tiles, 4 or 5 different wall decoration patterns in the reception area).

Each villa has a swimming pool, which is cleaned daily, plus a small private beach in a bay. A very well-kept garden, playground for children, a small bar that serves the beach, but you can also serve food at the bar, on the beach or in the room.

I personally had a small problem with the shower in the bathroom, but it was probably only in my room.
