Close to Phuket airport for early and late connections. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice decor. Large clean room with a nice view over the beach and pool. Comfy bed and good sheets. Complimentary bicycles. Good off peak value.

There is a price list in your room of all the items that you must pay for if you damage or break! The walls of the pool were a bit green in some areas which means the chlorine levels aren’t maintained at an adequate level. The sunlounges around the pool don’t receive morning sun as the hotel shades the only area to sit around the pool. From lunchtime on is ok. No fault of the hotel, but the beach out front of the hotel was too rough for swimming (July) and the foreshore area was filthy with trash. It’s a bit of a walk or a short tuktuk ride to any local restaurants if you want to eat elsewhere.

They were super helpful as we were only there for a brief stopover between our flight and a transfer further into the mainland. They provided us with options to still have the included breakfast despite needing to leave before the main restaurant was due to open.

Our group stayed one night before leaving Thailand. This hotel is great and reasonably priced. We booked the beach view deluxe rooms- Rooms were large, bed was comfy, and had a balcony. The pool is big, relatively deep, has spa jets at one end and views of the ocean. One minute walk to beach where you can see the planes landing (only a short drive to get to the airport- reception will book-800baht for a minivan). The restaurant was great, (plenty of vegan and vegetarian options)- food was fresh and tasty. Cocktails were also well made, some of the best we had on the trip. There are free bicycles to get to town, and tuk tuks near beach (we didn’t use either). Would stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for a good option close to the airport or in a quiet area.

We arrived on a late flight and this hotel is really close to the airport. It was really easy to check in and get into the room. We had pool access rooms. We stayed two nights and it was a great hotel. The rooms are clean but feel a bit dated / somehow bare. But it’s just poor colour choices rather than anything wrong. The bed was comfortable and the shower good. The pool outside was lovely as you have a lovely sea view from it (just a minute away from sea!). The restaurant was good, breakfast was great and we ate lovely fresh cooked meals at lunch and dinner. It was a great arrival hotel and you can even take walk up the beach to see the planes land at the airport over your head (I imagine kids would love this).

The rooms could do with being a different colour and maybe some art work?? Just to make them feel more welcoming.

The hotel is separated from the beach by just a thin strip of greenery. The beach itself stretches for many kilometers and is wide, making it pleasantly uncrowded. The location is peaceful - far from traffic, parties, and noisy tourist areas - perfect for those seeking a quiet getaway. Although close to the airport, the noise from planes is minimal and hardly noticeable. At the same time, the hotel is conveniently near the village, where you’ll find supermarkets and affordable restaurants with good food. The hotel restaurant, easily accessible from the pool area, offers a decent selection of food and drinks. The pool is spacious and well-positioned for relaxation. Our room had a sea view, was very spacious and clean, and featured an extra-large, comfortable bed - just as we had hoped. The breakfast was acceptable, though the selection was quite limited.

If you wanted a proper coffee, such as an espresso, cappuccino, or latte, you had to order it from the à la carte menu and pay separately. The reception staff were very friendly and accommodating. However, the restaurant staff were less so, which may have been due to the language barrier - aside from the shift leader (I assume), no one seemed to speak English.

Wasn’t

Swimming pool was great! People watching while floating in an ocean-front pool was spectacular. The restaurant made REALLY great food, and the staff were lovely. Not a huge hotel, but a very calm, nature focused residence. Airport location is excellent, highly recommend it for your last night before departing from Phuket airport.

The bikes need some TLC, an investment in some more rugged cycles with GPS trackers built in, for guests use. The pathway along the sea front is a great ride but needs more mountain bike than street bike to traverse it's bumps!

The cocktails, breakfast, pool, beach, bed, views, the landing aeroplanes above our heads, the peace and quiet, the bathroom facilities. Above all that, the staff is just the best. Oh, and did I mention the cocktails? But wait, the food! First rate. We had bruschetta, chicken satay (spicy sauce) and a mushroom and ham pizza while lazing by the pool. Great start to our holiday in Phuket. Furthermore, the late check out! 12pm for all. It's such a convenience.

There isn't anything really. A smart TV would have been good maybe to continue watching our Netflix series. But we enjoyed the 12 hour sleep.

Fantastic location, great value for money, high quality food at the on-site restaurant, friendly staff. Very nice pool and close to the airport for plane-spotting.

The only complaint I have is that the wifi wasn’t very reliable and was often dropping out. The connection was particularly intermittent on the 3rd floor where my room was. As it was a working vacation, the wifi issues I had were the only thing stopping me giving the hotel a perfect rating.
