This was one of the best deals I've ever had at a hotel. It was actually a suite with a separate bedroom and then a kitchen and living room area for a great price. We really appreciated the elevator because we were on the third floor very clean and very quiet. The breakfast was very nice. Very clean. Job well done by staff! Parking was very easy and close to our event. There were several restaurants very close to the hotel and we chose the Irish restaurant just down the street.

There was no maple syrup for the waffles at the breakfast. The hot tub was out of order in the pool area.

The location is great with several dining options nearby. Walkable if you do not have a car. Room was clean and towels were changed everyday. Separate seating and dining area in the room made the stay quite comfortable. Did not have a need to use the kitchenette. Tea/coffee, juices was available 24/7 in the breakfast area.

Breakfast spread was limited and for vegetarians like me, availability of prefer fresh fruits would have been good. I could anyway purchase fresh fruits at Walmart nearby. The shower pressure was quite high and there was no option to reduce it.

The hotel is very nice and right in the center of restaurants and shopping centers. The room was great and had a small kitchen. It did come with a good amount of things you would need to use. Like plates, cups, and cooking pans.

The only negative thing I can say is that the shower water pressure was not great or even good. The shower curtain, however cute, was hung oddly at an angle and wouldn't stay shut to cover whoever was showering and water got all over the floor.

More than other places around the area. Fresh and plenty of sugar. Stuff wasn't leftover from years past like other places around the area. When the milk ran out, they got more. Great place. We'll certainly be back.

Some things were missing from the room, but only since they were so accommodating to give us the same room we had before for our comfort. They later provided the missing items w/ extra towels. Love this place.

It was warm and inviting. I liked that shopping was right across the street and Earl May too. TJMaxx, Old Navy and a lot of other stores. The employees were friendly. I liked they had pool and hot tub.

The coffee. There was a scooters real close so that was nice. I could have brought my coffee pot if I wanted. I didn’t but they had black tea so that was nice. The hot tub had sand in the bottom so needed to be cleaned out.

We are not early risers, so it would be nice if the breakfast was out a bit longer. their coffee is good.

The supply of glasses and utensils in the kitchen area seemed a bait depleted. I hope guests arent' the reason for that, since the convenience of having a kitchen area is one of my main reasons for choosing this location.

Breakfast was good. My boyfriend was happy to see Chalula packets for his food. Everything tasted perfect. Could use some scrambled eggs- just a suggestion!

Our room did smell a little like cigarettes- we were in the suite. Other than that, Everything else was just fine. Perfect room for the price we paid.

The price, the cleanliness And location.

I did not have a complimentary breakfast at all. The first morning, I was there. And the vending machine robbed me of at least $5 when trying to get. Help for that. There was nobody to locate to refund me in my money. So I was out the $5 due to their vending machines as well.

It was clean and the room was great for the price! Staff was nice and helpful. It was pretty quiet and low key.

I was bummed about the hot tub currently being closed, as we were looking forward to that after a long day.

I was blown away by the amenities that came with the room. Full fridge, stove, dishes, and very clean. I will definitely recommend anyone traveling to Ames to stay here!

I have no complaints at all. Staff was very professional and kind and the perks of staying here were amazing.
