Everything. Seriously, there was nothing not to like. Well appointed, clean, quiet, even though the pool was next to our bedroom wall. The furnishings were quite adequate and comfortable. The bed was luxury after sleeping in other motels on this trip.

No complaints. One thing we notified the front desk of: it took a long time for the hot water to get to our faucet. Once it did, it was hot. Nice and hot.

Close to everything, newer facility. Quiet despite being near roads. Room was well cleaned by Luz and very comfortable. Breakfast very good. Friendly, helpful staff. Lots of amenities! We will definitely stay here again whenever in Ames. Thank you!

Shower door seems to be on the wrong side. You have to get in, turn the head towards wall and then turn on to warm up, or risk getting hammered with cold water. But the pressure was great so it was a wash (pun intended).

Comfortable room, very nice breakfast

Front desk staff when we checked in on the 26th. Also, the beds are so tall I could not climb into it so I slept on the sofabed. There were feather pillows in the room, and the front desk didn’t care to change them.

Great experience the moment we walked in! We were greeted with a smile, room was ready and everything looked and smelled fresh and clean! Fresh fruit bowl hit the spot with hungry grandkids! What a treat!

The cleanliness, the room was very spacious and the breakfast was wonderful. Both mornings there was a new item for breakfast. The hotel smelled clean the staff was nice. The bed was clean and comfortable. Definitely a 5 star from us.

Easy to locate. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was good and had a different entree each day. The poolarea was clean and the fire pit outside was nice. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very clean

Bed was super comfortable. Suite was huge and nice. Would have loved the hospitality hour but couldn't attend.

I noticed our floor still had strings and things on the floor. Made me wonder how clean the rest of the room was.

Everything was great really. Except there wa some kind of a repetitive noise all night. We were on the top floor in room 403, I don’t know if it was some kind of a mechanical unit on the roof or something.

Breakfast was okay. Not a huge selection.

The front desk manager could be a little more friendly/accommodating. Her customer service skills are lacking.
