We traveled for my little ones bowling tournament and the hotel was a great location around the area we needed to be. The staff was very pleasant at check in and was very helpful when we needed his help. The rooms were clean for the most part. The place looks like it needs updating on the outside. Our friends air didn't work the best in room 214.

They need to pay a little more attention to detail on their house keeping. They need to make sure that the toilets are clean around the bottom by the floor. They need to make sure there is no hair left on the shower walls.

It was close to the hospital where a family member was having surgery. The man at the desk was very friendly and helpful.

There were weeds throughout the parking lot, which gave a bad first impression. Our AC only worked on high which made it hard to hear the TV and was loud all night.

The H vacs in the rooms are really loud so is the exhaust fan in the bedroom. And the heat lamp in the bedroom unfortunately doesn’t work, it would be nice to use on these cold days

The room was very nice, comfortable bed, good shower. Everything was clean. The young man at check in was very friendly and helpful. It appears to be recently remodeled. We did not eat breakfast, but the area was clean and looked fine for a continental breakfast.

The exterior doesn’t look great, but that doesn’t really concern me.

The TV was very unusual to us. Directions would have been helpful to find what we wanted to watch. Some printed material about restaurants in the area would be helpful.

Was just a stop-over stay, and it covered all the bases for us. Clean, Comfortable. Desk person was very nice

What happened to the pillows at hotels these days. All the pillows shrunk to half their original size

Excellent coffee! Good quality breads, juices, cereals

Instant oatmeal all had sugar, please provide unsweetened. Sugar is the enemy!

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Good door card system. The breakfast was a bit above par.

The outside could use some updating but not bad.

Having smart TVs would be awesome

The staff was very friendly and attentive. The hotel was clean, but the rooms need a few maintenance updates. I would stay there for sure again.
