A little oasis of calm in Limassol, this was a real find. The hotel is in a good location. All the staff are amazing, polite, friendly and attentive throughout the hotel. The food in the restaurant is delicious, breakfast is good and varied. Special thanks to Robert, Nikitas, Angeliki, Asmita, Sylvia and Vicky. The hotel is very clean throughout. The room was a little tired, but a good size, with plenty of storage, bed was huge and comfy, my only complaint would be the pillows, not supportive and lumpy. The pool area is lovely and the daily spa access is nice.

This hotel was exceptional. From my initial welcome by the (super helpful, super welcoming) front of house staff, to those in the restaurant, everyone was friendly and attentive. The hotel itself was stylish, super clean and with the real feel of a boutique hotel. It felt unique. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and fresh. The dinner menu was also very good. I used the paid spa which was lovely, both facilities and the staff welcoming and great value for the services offered. I also used the gym, out of hours and staff were super helpful in opening up to allow me to exercise. Highly recommend this for those travelling for business or pleasure.

Nothing of consequence. While the location is a little off the beaten track, it's still walkable to the waterfront and with a car not far at all (and there's a safe and ample parking lot for guests). I joked with staff that the only thing I would fault in the hotel was the wooden rail in lieu of a headboard in my room. Having smacked my head rather painfully against it in the middle of the night, can I make a plea for something more plush at the head of the bed!

The hotel is stylishly designed and decorated. Staff were wonderful and always available to answer questions and offer help when needed. The food was spectacular. The service spectacular. The hotel location was in an up and coming area of Limassol a quiet oasis in the heart of downtown.

Although my request for extra bed pillows due to health reasons was fulfilled I found the pillows to not be very comfortable or supportive. May I suggest a pillow menu as an added benefit to the already wonderful amenities offered by the hotel.

The proprietors, Mrs. Dia, Mr. Nicos,, Mr. Zenon & Mr. Christinos were very welcoming, amiable, caring and accommodating. The staff-Robert, Vesna, Sylvia, Danica, Nikitas, Kristina, Alex, Pambos, Vicky, Ana, Christos, Valentina, & Dita -were truly kind-hearted, lovable, attentive, helpful and so considerate. Both the combination of all the proprietors and all the staff truly make the overall experience of the entire stay perfect. The lobby sitting areas in the evening are stunning with candles all around creating a warm, elegant , cozying air and lighting effect. Similar effects can be found throughout the beautifully decorated hotel adorned with flowers, candles, vases & paintings of horses. The lighting emanating from the pool area in the evening adds to the to the well thought of lighting throughout the property. The rooms comfortable, the breakfast abundant, the service impeccable. Highly recommended boutique hotel.

The staff really make this hotel shine. Everyone was very friendly and helpful the entire time. The pool is also big enough for a casual swim and has a bar with food and drinks, a very relaxing environment. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

I am really struggling to find anything negative. It was a very enjoyable stay. The location is not by the sea or in the very city center but I personally wasn’t looking for either, so I did not dislike this.

The twin room provided was the ideal size as we carried 2 large luggages with very comfortable twin single beds. We received a complimentary fruit platter on our final day which was very appreciative. The breakfast was superb with a vast variety of cold and cooked breakfast, juices, fruit, cheese, cereals, even salmon. This hotel should be rated 5 star not 4 star, I have stayed in many 4 and 5 star hotels. The front desk was very helpful and very friendly and of course professional.

Woowww! Everything was amazing! So beautiful place The staff where so nice and helped us with anything we needed, the design of the room and hotel area was wow. Tasty breakfest with chef for special menu of special egg dishes and pool view. Free entrance for 1 hour to the spa facilities for hotel's customers. The spa is so relaxing and design perfectly as all of this hotel..I so recommend this hotel, I want to go back to Crypus just for it!

The big pool in the spa area was with cold water.. but we used the jacuzi and sauna that where great.

I liked the respectable hospitality, the attitude of the staff, I liked the room and the relaxing atmosphere in the hotel. The spa was relaxing and breakfast was excellent

I didn't like that the water in the spa was cold and the time in the spa was limited to one hour. You need at least two hours, people come to the spa to rest and not rush. I didn't like that they forgot my partner's birthday, I ordered him a cake at the reception for breakfast and the staff forgot

This place is amazing, the staff are so friendly and helpful, the decor and general vibe is gorgeous, breakfast was absolutely delicious and our room was excellent. But our favourite thing was the spa, it was absolutely incredible, and the pool was great too. Would absolutely recommend this one, our favourite hotel stay in ages!
