It has the flair of a ski resort hotel in Austria. And great sauna with beautiful view of the countryside and little village and outside heated pool. Excellent breakfast with lots of choices of fruit and special breads and good dinner. Staff was also friendly. Actually the hotel is better than the pictures. Rooms in the new building are very comfortable, except for the neon light. Less cosy than it could be.

If you don’t book 1/2 board the evening choices for dinner in the hotel restaurant are very limited. The hotel is quite far away from the Main Street in the valley. So if you want to discover by car the environment count with longer drives. I would recommend regrouping the pictures to show clearly the facilities separated from the hotel rooms. Otherwise too confusing.

I thought the breakfast was fantastic. The dinner was very nice, even if the price was a bit high. The pool(s) were amazing, I especially enjoyed the indoor one because of the buttons that activated jets or waterfalls. Spa was sublime as well.

The drive up to the facility was on a narrow road. As an American, I'm used to the roads being large enough for two cars to pass through rather easily. But once at the resort, it felt very peaceful.

Very well appointed, good spa and a great welcome when we arrived.

Slightly let down by waiting staff at dinner - not at all attentive in taking drinks orders or getting them right. Rather have off the impression that they would have liked everyone to have appeared at the very start of service (presumably so they could finish early)

Absolutely amazing to stay at this place. Booked in the afternoon as a a hotel in the middle of nowhere only to discover it is a spa retreat. Sauna, amazing. Steam room, ok. indoor and outdoor swimming pools - marvelous!! This was the best hotel I stayed at on my motorbiking trip - made a sore arse whole again. What I couldn't believe was the price we paid - absolutely outstanding! (£66)

This hotel is 4 km off the main highway and sits in a small hamlet and is by far the largest building there. We liked everything immediately, the most friendly, helpful staff, immaculate surroundings and huge room with views over the outdoor pool which was open and heated even when it was -1* !

Loved the breakfast, the pool and spa were very nice, however the pool could be a bit warmer. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful.

I wish there were more options for meals at dinner other than just three choices.

I did expect some wellness activity except swimming pool.

The place is spectacular, top notch service, amazing everything. Breakfast was impressive and the spa is awesome. Location is wonderful, very quiet and pitoresque.

It's difficult to find flaws but I can give two suggestions to improve. First, the pillows are just too soft. We asked to have them replaced as the facility offers ergonomic ones, but these were also very soft and fluffy. Maybe they also offer harder ones? Second, I suggest to improve the variety and quality of the dessert section at the restaurant. The cuisine at the restaurant is extremely good, so much that it is a bit disappointing at the end finding out that 99% of the dessert choice is basically combinations of 3 different ice cream flavors. And the vegan coconut panna cotta... Ehm, nope sorry :D other than that everything was flawless.

Very relaxed, great amenities, beautiful location.

A bit out of the way and not enough to keep the kids entertained all day. Maybe more for adults.

Beautiful location, very attractive interior, food was excellent. I really enjoyed the swimming pool and spa. The room was very comfortable with everything you can need.
