good breakfast

I was billed twice for this room, once through booking.com and again by the hotel when I arrive. I put in a dispute through Visa, but have not heard back from them. Beware if you stay there this could happen to you.

Very accommodating staff and they fixed an earlier check-in time for me to suit my time schedule. There was a fridge in the common area where you could store your food, which was really helpful. The breakfast had a variety of options between bread, yogurt, cereal and drinks. The room was clean!

Sundsvall city hotel is in a great place right next to the the museum and library "Kulturmagasinet" The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable and the breakfast room was rightfully very popular but the best aspect of the hotel are the staff. Every time I had a request or problem they went above and beyond to accommodate. They made my stay a pleasure and I would definitely stay there in the future.

There was nothing lacking.

A breakfast can be a little bit better.

Very big room in a hotel that has lived through a century; gives you a certain feeling of history.

Cleaning staff seems to miss out corners in bathroom and dirty tables in room.
