We had an incredible one-night experience at Relax Hotel in Paleochora! The hotel is conveniently close to the beach and town center, which made exploring the area a breeze. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and came with a beautiful balcony overlooking the pool area. The staff was genuinely welcoming and provided great tips for local dining. Breakfast had a delightful selection, including homemade Cretan dishes. I only wish I could have stayed longer! Highly recommended for anyone visiting Paleochora.

Free upgrade when we arrived so that we could have rooms close together (traveling with teenage children). Excellent breakfast. Rooms well equipped, clean, well thought out, comfortable and very spacious. Staff helpful- recommended restaurants and places to visit, dealt with any queries quickly. Hope to return.

i like the staff. soo friendly and welcoming. very attentive and helped out with local activity tips. the new building part of the hotel was clean and really modern. suggest pool side view. value for money for sure. breakfast had enough vegetArian options. and even soya milk which was impressive. i like that they have games/cards available. right by the beach and a short walk to the main strip of restaurants/bars. don’t go in october as there is no nightlife whatsoever.

didn’t like how the bathroom had no proper walls. meaning whoever you’re sharing the room with can hear absolutely everything you do in/on the toilet. looks nice but not practical at all. pool was FREEZING one thing i would ask is that the hotel invest in heated pool. i went in october and it was JUST TOO cold to go in unless heated. our shower kept leaking. shower pressure was amazing but we could never fully enjpy it because if used full blast, not only the shower but the whole room would flood even up to the bed and closet. again definitely needs to be looked at. gym signs but the gym wasn’t available. i should have paid less because i did not get to use gym/access to the facilities i paid for.

as far as we can judge best hotel in paleochora. located on the nice beach side of the city, just a few steps away from the beach, nice big parking place, restaurants, supermarket and bakery close by. staff super friendly. breakfast buffet nice. Pretty buildings, well maintained. Pool big enough and cleaned everyday. Rooms totally fine with a small balcony and kitchen part. we extended our stay for one night. thank you very much

Check-in was easy and efficient. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. They were very knowledgeable about the hotel, local interests, and listened well in both Greek and English so that they were able to make satisfying recommendations for us. The hotel is conveniently located next to a lovely cafe that is open for breakfast and lunch, and it is also across from the beach. Want to shop or see a castle.... just a few minutes walk away.

This hotel offers relaxation and safety. Breakfast was first class, pool area spotless, bed very comfortable.

The mixed cotton sheets were ok but a little sweaty. An investment in 100% Cotton sheets would be extra luxurious.

Very clean room, perfect working AC, plenty of parking space in walking distance and tasty and varied breakfast. Gracious hosts made this a very nice stay. Recommended.

Our room had horrible pillows. So depending on your luck and preferences you might end up looking for alternative pillows or just bring something of your own that you like.

Fantastic hotel next to the beach. Clean, modern rooms with a very comfortable bed. Staff were very helpful and friendly on arrival. Good size pool and nice loungers. Enjoyed breakfast. Good location across the road from the beach. Would happily stay again!

warm welcome and personal service, staff were a delight, friendly and helpful as well as efficient and competent location was perfect, close to all that Paleochora offers without being in the somewhat noisy Centre Pool and surrounds were very well kept and landscaping was also well kept

Really well set out rooms around a pool and the reception area. Excellent breakfast included in the price. The owner upgraded our room and gave excellent advice for our trip, really friendly.
