The location of the hotel is at the quieter end of Mojacar, which was perfect for us. The room was spacious and clean. The seaview was beautiful. However, the balcony only had a limited amount of sun on it in the morning. Otherwise it was in the shade most of the time. The staff were very attentive and friendly. It was nice to have the choice of freshly made eggs (omelettes, fried etc) and bacon in a Spanish hotel. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Cold plates for breakfast, very limited choice of cereals. The evening menu was the same every night and also very limited.

The hotel and grounds are beautiful, location to the centre and beach fabulous. Room very comfortable with lovely sea views.

As its a 4 star hotel would expect tea & coffee making facilities in the room. There was no price list in the room for mini bar or water so we didn't know what was complimentary and what we had to pay for. Expected dinner to be outstanding as a 4 star hotel but was very average and disappointing, better places for food in the area.

Very friendly atmosphere, friendly helpful staff, nice pool area, comfortable breakfast/lunch area, nice food, great parking for our hire car (although someone dinted the door). Super bedroom with uninterrupted fabulous sea views

The stairs caused a bit of an issue, very dark virtually black stairs very poorly lit causing me to miss the bottom step completely, ended up in the floor. Our friends room had a flood issue from the aircon plus an exploding hairdryer which is provided in the bathroom. Could have provided drinks service to the pool area considering it was quite hot weather.

It struck us as a hotel (group) that knows exactly what it's about. It appears to do what it does effortlessly, but we know to look that way takes enormous effort. It is welcoming and comfortable and in a lovely location overlooking the sea - the sunrise at about 8.20 each morning we stayed was wonderful to wake up to and drew me out onto the balcony to enjoy my first tea of the day. The gardens and pool area are beautifully kept and the restaurant terrace that was also serving as the cafeteria during our October stay is a great place for an evening drink, watching the moon making the Med sparkle.

There were several long, dark hairs in the bedside drawer when we arrived. I didnt like that!

We had a very nice room with excellent sea views. The room was a good size, and the double bed was huge! The staff were very pleasant and friendly. Breakfast is excellent. There is plenty of parking.

We liked our room but it seemed a little dated and could have done with a bit of modernization. The restaurant and the food didn't meet our expectations. The restaurant itself is utterly soulless. One big room with tables in rows. In the evening the lighting was very bright indeed. Prices are very high and we feel the food is nothing special. When you pay the sort of prices charged you want your evening to feel rather special - unfortunately for us we were left feeling like we had been taken advantage of. There are far better places to eat with more ambiance and lower prices.

Wonderful place to stay, the rooms were spacious and clean. Comfortable beds, large bathroom and shower room, and great outdoor patio to relax in the morning sun. It was also nice to have plentiful parking at this hotel with no additional charge.

Unfortunately, the weather wasn't quite the typical Spanish warmth so we were not able to enjoy the amenities at the hotel/resort. Would have been nice to spend some time around the pool area. All in all there are not many downsides to this hotel.

From the moment you walked in, the reception staff were polite and friendly. The room was spotless and very large with a balcony looking at the sea. We ate at the hotel that night which was superb, fantastic and attentive service and amazing food. We also had breakfast, huge choice and all lovely.

My only minor criticism was the restaurant for dinner, great service and amazing food but no atmosphere. Very bright lights and no back ground music. If the lights could be dimmed slightly or individual lights on the tables it would be amazing.

Great rooms. Newer rooms were well appointed with 4th floor offering lovely terrace overlooking beautifully manicured gardens. Staff all warm, friendly and helpful. Luxurious toiletries and crisp fresh bedding and super fluffy towels. Breakfast offered an excellent choice with all important good coffee.

Nearest beach not the best in Mojacar

Great location overlooking the beach and has a large swimming pool. Check in and out was pretty efficient and the room had a nice balcony with furniture. The complimentary towel service by the pool was excellent with a smiling and charming attendant.

Although there appeared to be an outside terrace to have an evening drink, the service was virtually non existent. The upstairs dining room has a terrace overlooking the pool area but, again, the service was poor with the staff being rather surly and inattentive.

Friendliest reception staff ever: we were more than 2 hours too early for check-in, but thought we'd just ask if it was at all possible. The answer: no problem at all, your room is ready! Perfect location, sea views, free secure parking, etc.: it was not our first stay and we will be coming back!

Invited our friends to the terrace bar by the restaurant in the evening for a glass of cava... it was barely drinkable: probably the worst cava we've had! It was embarrassing and certainly below standard for a Parador.
